I’ve called several times and haven’t been able to get ahold of the person for my Commerical policies. When I finally was able to speak to this older lady, she was absolutely rude and had an attitude for unknown reasons. Apparently doing her job was too much.

Called this Company this week in behalf of my employer to seek Commerical Insurance. The CSR was very rude and unprofessional. Every time I explained what services my employer was seeking for their business, she kept interrupting me and kept giving attitude for unknown reasons. I had to make contact with another Insurance Company to write our polices.

Filled out paperwork for a simple quote on auto insurance. I'm still waiting for it and has been almost a week now. Guess they really don't want new business. Got tired of waiting and shopped elsewhere. Got quote, price and immediate coverage the same day. Still waiting on my quote for them! Wasted my time with this company. I'd shop elsewhere.

Went for a quote a week ago. Still waiting for the quote. Got tired of waiting. Tried calling several times and no one ever answered. Just a recording. I guess they don't need new business. Went elsewhere. Received quote and coverage all in the same day with competitor. Needed auto insurance. Their loss, not mine.
