If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I filed our taxes with Daphne and it has been the worst experience. I have tried to file a complaint through H&R Block as well as a supervisor and I get no response. She failed to do her job and has been very unprofessional and ugly through the whole process. On top of that, I am still having to wait hours on hold with the IRS to get issues resolved for things she didn’t do. Whatever you do, don’t use her.

Poor customer service. I paid a lot of money for the tax report service and now they say I have to go with the irs for further assistance. I will never use HR block again!

Can't beat it. Reasonably priced, great service, no hassles. Basically, all I did was drop off my tax forms and upload some others, waited a couple of weeks, then went back and signed. Took about 20 minutes (total for both trips, but you don't even have to go into the office if you don't want to - you can do the whole thing online). I've been doing it like this for a few years now and it completely removes all the hassles and anxiety associated with doing your taxes. I love it!

This is absolutely the worst office ever! My husband had to wait 3 weeks to get his taxes filed because the person that started his taxes was out sick. The manager was no help at all and delayed our house buying process because no one was able to finish up the process except the person who started it. The manager called and gave excuse after excuse and finally said she would give him a discount of his services if he would come in 3 weeks later to sign his documents. When he arrived the manager told him she would help him and then disappeared in the back for over 30 minutes. When she came back out, she advised there was nothing she could do to help him until the woman who had started his tax return was done with her current client. My husband mentioned the discount and was told by the manager when he was making his payment that she didn’t have authorization to give him a discount without her managers consent. My husband got her managers information from the poor woman doing his taxes because the actual manager would not give it to him, is there a point in having a manager if she can’t do anything to help the public? This is been a three week process which has delayed us buying a home as well as kept my husband in their office for two hours tonight when he was supposed to just come and sign a few documents. Not only did the manager have her child present and was unwilling to work but she also tried to steal money from her employees profits to credit my husband. When the employee called her out on that she got upset and started beraiding them until they cried. Angel Anderson needs to be fired from this location for her gall, absolute disregard for her employees and for overall being the worst human being I’ve seen in a while. Makes me wonder how many employees she’s stolen from. This has been the most ridiculous experience and we will be getting our full money back for such awful customer service.
