This was a wonderful experience! Jon took care of everything in a very positive way. Everything was so well done right from the start when I was looking for a price until the purchase was complete. I have purchased over 60 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the best most pleasant easy deal that I have experienced! Jon is wonderful!

I purchased a beautiful certified pre-owned 2021 Chevy Blazer and it was such a great experience. Malibu was amazing and offered exceptional service. The process was easy and I was in and out relatively fast. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Malibu to anyone looking for a good car.

This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I had been researching vehicles online for weeks. When I found this vehicle my husband said hop in and lets go get it. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and was greeted by Braxton. He took me to the vehicle I asked for and never tried to push something different on us. He let us test drive the suburban and told us all about the vehicle. We were ready to purchase, and they were more than willing to stay past closing for us. Our finance manager was amazing as well. He explained everything in detail and kept us entertained. If you're in the market this is definitely the place to go! When and if we ever need another vehicle they have earned our business!!!!

I took my wife's car in Monday 9 OCT, to have a noisy exhaust leak checked out; we purchased the vehicle from Central Buick in Winter Haven and always get it serviced there, but this was a bit of an emergency, as we weren't sure whether there was any specific danger from the exhaust leak and my wife needed her car very soon - we couldn't get in for service at Central until the end of the week and that wasn't going to work for us.I waited a short while for the techs to get the car up on the rack to have a look; the service writer came back to let me know (and had photos) that there was a hole in one of the exhaust pipes, beyond the catalytic converter, and that the repair would be extensive as well as *expensive* - nearly $2500.(I wasn't too concerned about the expense, since we had opted for an extended warranty when we bought the car; this warranty coverage had been very helpful on a couple of occasions so far.)The service writer told me they didn't have parts available, so would have to to order them. This wasn't a common item, and I was advised it may take a few days. Since we were quite concerned about any potential danger from the exhaust leak, we were planning to rent a car for my wife to use; again, thinking our warranty would cover everything we assumed the rental cost would be part of that.Fast-forward a couple of fraught days spent worrying about how to get all this squared away...I got a call from the service writer at Kelley on Wednesday, informing me the necessary repairs would *not* be covered under the extended warranty, but that Kelley Buick would be happy to "get with" GM and "work out something" that might reduce the cost to us by half - all the way down to $1000+.Gee.Meanwhile, my wife contacted the salesman at Central who sold us the car and asked his advice; he told us he "really doesn't trust Kelley" and said we should allow the service team at Central to have a look.(Meanwhile, the Kelley service writer called back Thursday mid-morning and left a voicemail to let me know the parts had, apparently mysteriously, shown up "on a truck with blacked-out windows" and that the next move was ours. Mmmm-hmmm.)I took the car to Central on Friday - after being explicitly assured there was no danger to us from such an exhaust leak - and learned that our extended warranty DOES INDEED COVER THAT REPAIR. This is the critical part of the story: The service writer at Kelley either misrepresented details of our claim to the warranty company OR DIDN'T ACTUALLY CALL THEM AT ALL.I don't make accusations like this EVER (which is part of the reason I've refrained from identifying the service writer here; I'll get in touch with the service department manager directly and let that person know who this is), because it's a bad habit to get into and only serves to deepen suspicion without resolving anything; however, in this instance, I don't see any other way of thinking about the situation.Kelley Buick's service department, in the person of the service writer who handled my attempt at getting this problem fixed, either was grossly incompetent in not correctly assessing the warranty coverage or intentionally misled us into thinking we'd have to pay for these repairs, enticing us with some apparently half-baked "offer" to reduce the expense by "working with" GM.This is not a good look for Kelley overall and leads me to caution others against doing business with them.

First of all, go see Braxton when buying your new vehicle. He is not pushy, or the type of person that will rush you into buying a new vehicle. He is laid-back, will answer any questions that you have, and the type of person who is extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you know what you are getting into, and will let you drive the car more then the usual test drive. All I have to say is thank you, and you earned an A+ in my books. Thank you!

Hands down the smoothest purchase transaction I have had in years. If you want no pressure, honesty and a dealership that goes above and beyond...go to Kelley Buick GMC. If you want the best salesman...ask for George. I'm easy going, but I have high standards. I drove over an hour and a half to look at my new Yukon and it was well worth the drive and the time. We needed a newer vehicle and drove over an hour from where we live to find better deals on them. When I reached out to Manny about the vehicle I saw on their site and what kind of deal we were looking for to purchase it, he got started on it right away and had it ready and waiting for us to test drive it. He and the finance guy worked hard to get us into the vehicle at the best price possible for us. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Definitely recommend checking these guys out.

This was a very wonderful experience. If you’re going to buy a used car, I suggest you see Steven sellers what a wonderful, nice young man. I actually bought the car because of him not my choice in cars at first, but he was a delight to work with from the get-go, not pushy not over selling was just an all-around clean-cut American boy Was an amazing car salesman. I will definitely go back and I am sending my family to him. Thank you Kelley Buick for such a wonderful experience all the way down to the financing. Everybody at that dealership is outstanding.

Purchased our 2023 Yukon here from Manny and Brandon. Had Angel for our financing, everyone was very plesent, and knowledgeable. They were great, got us in and out, very little haggling to get where we needed to be. And blew other dealers out of the water. Small dealership, long drive, I had my doubts. But would make the drive for this experience anyday of the week!!! Thank you guys and will definitely do future business.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Kelley Buick, and George specifically. We had such an amazing experience with him the first time, that we knew we were coming back. From walking on to the lot, and telling him exactly what we were looking for, he had a car in transit that was perfect for our family in a matter of minutes. Throughout the transit and delivery process, George was great at communicating the delivery times and also sending pictures of where the car was on the map. Our overall experience was top notch, and we will continue to use George and Kelley Buick for all of our automobile needs!

Everything was handled via phone. Living 5 hours away I was a little apprehensive but the experience was so smooth that it was like the dealership was just down the street! Our salesman, George did a fantastic job! He was excellent sending pictures and videos throughout the entire process!!! I definitely recommend him if you are interested in a GMC!
