First time I filed my taxes with an office.. and I don’t recommend. Don’t get me wrong friendly people but I’m having so many issues with my taxes that I’ve never faced before. Every time I call there is nothing helpful that comes from the conversation. And it was very expensive to file here.
I don’t know if my issues come from the filing itself or the IRS. But I wont be back. This has been nothing but a headache for me.

I went in with a problem and Jen and JJ welcomed me in listened to my concerns and went to work on how they could fix it . The atmosphere was very friendly and they even offered us a drink. It's a 10 out 10 for me I definitely will continue to go back.
