Bobby was a great help during a stressful unexpected house repair one of my water pipe bursted and I run to Bartow lows not knowing what to do because I had no idea what I need to do I showed Bobby a picture of the bursted pipe and he went above and beyond to help me find the right pipe he even took the time to explain to me where and how to cut the old pipe I am forever grateful to mister Bobby God bless him always

To all that are purchasing new appliances for your kitchen, beware. They promised a turnkey install and removal of old appliances. I showed the salesman a picture of my existing water line to the fridge, told me it would be NO PROBLEM installing it with the purchase of a new line...well they LIED and now i dont have ice or water to my fridge.... Told me all appliances would be delivered and installed same day...but forgot to mention that they sub out the microwave and dishwasher installations to Crume...now I'm waiting 2 more weeks for the order to be fulfilled and won't have installation until then. I'm tempted to get everything returned/refunded and go to Famous Tate...THEY actually care about their customers...from a construction professional that works for the contractor that built their store...this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The excuse I was given is that the sales rep was "NEW"...I TOLD THEM THAT'S NOT AN EXCUSE FOR INCOMPETENCE!!!!!! I NEED NAMES AND NUMBERS TO THE REGIONAL MANAGER AND CORPORATE OFFICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!

There's always a cashier open I hate ringing up my own stuff. So scared I am gonna screw it up. Everything is more expensive every time I go but that's everywhere. Thanks left! Everything causes 5 other things so if it feels good think twice! Is it good for us? If not then no!

I am a 70 year old woman that purchased all of my supplies for a house remodel and monthly purchased plants, fertilizer, etc. I had a delivery scheduled for my home today, almost $400.00, 75 bags of mulch, 10 huge bags of potting soil, fertilizer and some new pots. The only thing that didn't arrive was a $50.00 piece of large pressure treated lumber. The driver called immediately and spoke to Tim. I told him that I needed it before 11am the next day as I would not be home after this time. I have an electric gate that I need to open prior to anyone entering my property. This was Tim's mistake as he checked off that it was on the original delivery truck. I just received notification that my lumber will be here after 1pm! I've been on hold for over 40 minutes!
