I usually don’t do this but my mother ordered through the drive thru she is not feeling well btw and she had to raise her voice so that the worker could hear her. The person taking our order began to have an attitude saying okay and other such in a not so polite way. I work at a different McDonald’s and never have I raised my voice and get an attitude with a customer. They need to learn how to control their behavior because it is way out of line atp. We even gotten our food wrong each time we came through the drive thru. It is not that hard to just make a sandwich plain. I’ve worked at McDonald’s long enough to know that. There lucky I never got there name because I would have happily complained to the hr without a doubt.

I've had quite a few issues with ordering curbside with the mobile app but I was thoroughly impressed when I picked up in the drive through the other day and received my nuggets packed like this!!

Don’t recommend ordering thru McDelivery on the McDonald’s app, refunds/resending of missing food (like my large fries) is basically nonexistent. Jessica tried to offer a solution by letting me pick up the fries at no charge the next day, and that’s appreciated, but it doesn’t solve the current issue of no fries. I don’t trust this store anymore with delivering food, seems like putting food in a bag is too hard for some. Not Jessica tho, she did what she could I guess.

The very bad attention is as if one were going to ask. Awful. The staff can see you standing and they do not attend to you. It's a shame there isn't less than one star. Why would that be fair?

We had to wait 30 minutes for a order we ordered through the app, the lady at the front ignored my presence, the food was cold, the drinks were served in Cafe drinks even though we ordered soda and shakes. Horrible experience, would never come here again.
