I referred people here for years. Never again. In the last 6 months, they've not only misapplied loan payments, they've also added forced insurance despite having provided proper documentation over 4 times. They're slow. Incompetent. And keep trying to fine me for their constant mistakes. This is hands down the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any institution. I've never had to call a bank so many times to correct errors in my finances.Literally go anywhere else. Wells Fargo looks great in comparison. So does your mattress. A hole. In a prison. In North Korea. Literally anywhere is a better experience than here.

Reading of the experiences of a 70 year old black customer who you all called the police on. She wanted to pay her mortgage and needed the money she had deposited into her account via ATM. She was frustrated I am sure, but you people handled the situation abysmally and anyone who dealt with her should have been fired. The police fractured her nose while mishandling her, and she was stripped naked. I guess the inconvenience was that a black woman was demanding proper customer service. Will never bank with you! From comments here, she was not the only one who experienced ATM problems. As this lady is a former Assistant Principal, I doubt she was causing quite the disturbance you claim. She just wasn't white enough!

The experience that Mrs. Linda Stephens experienced at MidFlorida Credit Union is absolutely the most horrible, disgusting thing I have ever heard of being done to a senior. This bank should be sanctioned, removed and never be allowed to do business again in Bartow. And to think, none of the tellers decided to step-up & help Mrs. Stephens out. Shame on you all! Trust & believe that God is watching what you have put this woman through. This should have never happened. The president of the bank needs his hand called on this one for not training his employees on better mannerisms while attending to customer service. Better yet, where was the president of the bank when this situation ensued? Everyone deserves fair treatment & the right to be heard. To put it bluntly, "this was flat our wrong". Attorney Crump, thank you for standing up on behalf of Mrs. Stephens. To Mrs. Stephens, I am so sorry this happened to you but just know that God is taking notes & you will be ok. God Bless You! MidFlorida you don't even deserve a 1 star. If I could have left a negative 0 I certainly would have. Disgusting!

This bank called the police on a 70 year old retired teacher after they lost $600 that was supposed to be deposited.After she became distraught because shes a retied elderly teacher and rely on that money to live they called the police on her accusing her of having a gun. They charged her for disorderly conduct, left her in a hot police cruiser, dragged her multiple times, ultimately breaking her nose, stripped her naked and through her in a cell at the sherriffs office. By the way the bank found her $600. This place is a danger to their community and if you're black I urge you to please go somewhere else. It's not safe there. If this is how they treat 70 year old elderly people, imagine what'd they'd do to you.

this place is racist, denying a 70 year old black female access to her account, calling the police on her claiming she had weapons. sent her to jail. then gave her only half of what she was owed. don't make the mistake of using them to bank or ull end up in jail.

Don’t bank here!! Linda Steve’s went through traumatic life threat experiences dealing with this bank all for them to offer her a $300 gift card and one mortgage payment. How pathetic!!!

Put your money somewhere else! They stole money from a 70 year old black woman, who was just trying to pay her mortgage, and called the cops on her. They lied and said she had a gun. SHE COULD OF GOT hurt real bad!

Mrs Linda Stephens suffered mental anguish humiliation and traumatized by unprofessional bankers - over $600 she was denied access to a credit and to her cash that she deposited - the branch personnel called the police because she demanded that her be credited to pay her mortgage - please do not support this credit union - withdraw your funds go elsewhere!

If the bank loses your funds they call thr police on you and have you arrested. Don't use this credit union.

I have NO Idea how this place stays in business! Absolutely horrible customer service, tried to open an account online, had an issue, they never followed up with me, called in and tried to speak to speak to a supervisor and was put on eternal hold. Went in to the local branch, the guy acted like I was disturbing his free time, he told me he would submit my loan application....week later still hadn't heard anything to I call in and ask for the manager, she says "huh - I dont know why he hasn't submitted your app to the loan processing Dept." But she also didn't bother to take over and do it herself....left it for him to do the next day. "Hey - no rush its already been over a week for me waiting! Why rush now!" Later I tried to use a ATM - card broken off in the machine and it looks like its been broken for quite a while, try another ATM at a different location- SURPRISE - that machine is also broken! Its like no one cares about customer satisfaction.

Can get business done quickly lots of locations and ATMS. People are very friendly you don't feel like just another number. They treat customers with dignity and respect.
