I’m a new patient and my appointment is at 1:00 they tell me to come early 12:30
I get there at 12:30 there is a note on the door they are at lunch until 1:00

On my first appointment it seemed promising, the doctor seemed enthusiastic and devoted. The two follow ups were with different doctors and you can tell their only goal was to get me out of the office as quickly as possible. Im highly disappointed and I should have never had my hopes up and I won't after this.

Love my dr there. The office staff and referral department is not able to do their jobs properly! Have had 3 Different Procedures to have done and every time they drs call me saying they are Waiting on Palm Medical Center to sign the paperwork when they have had it in their office for more than a week. It gets to the point where you have to sit in their office to get anything done so you can have your procedures done on time. The last time that has happened to me yesterday and I ended up having to call Corporate because my procedure appointment was in an hour, and all they were waiting on is for the office to send over paperwork. I miss my doctor there because I’ve been a patient there for over 15 years but I will never return to this office

I had a wonderful visit....I had nurses, with me asap, checking me out, getting a Doctor to get me attention in less than 30 minutes...., finding follow up doctors and getting me scheduled. I GO TOMORROW TO A PRIMARY DOCTOR IN LAKEWALES...WITHIN 1 WEEK...GREAT HOSPITAL, STAFF AND FOLLOW UP.... RECOMMEND THEM ALWAYS...GOD BLESSED THIS HOSPITAL AND I KNOW FOR A FACT EVERY ONE HERE IS OUR MIRICAL COME TRUE. AMEN...
