13:00 appointment. Got here hour and half early. They didn’t have a door so they sent me to their staging lot. 100% fair cause I was early. They called me to a door at 14:30. I sat there for another 2 hrs before they started loading me. Finally at 18:00 I was loaded and on my way.
I understand that sometimes people get backed up and things happen. But looking at past reviews it seems you are more likely than not to get hung up here for hours. I hope to never come back here.
The people were nice so I gave them a star for that.

Run from this place, Another Shipper that does not give a damn about drivers. My Appointment was at 10:30AM, I arrived at 8:50 AM. They sent me to wait in a lot at 2020 US-17, at 1:05 they called me and gave me door 7. Right now is 5:05PM and they havent touched my trailer yet.

What a worse place never ever seen in my trucking career if they give me chance I give them -10 I checked in at 2:45pm waiting in the parking lot about 5 hours after that they assigned me door it’s more than 3 hours on the door but still waiting to get loaded never have a plan to pickup load in future even in a good price avoid to come for pickup load from here

Awesome experience here! Live load, In & out in under an hour. I called and they took me way early since they weren't very busy. No overnight parking but everyone was helpful with truckstops nearby. The pilot enforces reserved parking policy if you need to do that. Very easy check in & out procedure, easy to maneuver the yard, plenty of room at docks. The people that work there are a pleasure to work with. Would definitely load out of here again.

Did not have any of the problems drivers had in earlier posts. Arrived 1.5 hrs before my appointment and was given a door assignment right away, the young lady at the guard shack was polite and friendly as was the guy's loading and in the office. The whole process from check in to roll out was about 1hr. This was my 2nd time picking up here and both times was very similar. Be polite and professional and they will treat you like wise

Company is great the female security guard should not have a job totally disrespectful on her phone while I’m checking in and gets mad when asked to repeat her self because she’s too busy talking on her phone

Rude security guard what it wouldn't even help you figure out what you needed. Um uh I had to talk loud because my truck, I couldn't turn it off, and she was saying that I was being irude good luck, i'm getting loaded

Yeah we've never been here and had no clue as to what to do & nobody will tell you & when u ask they don't answer or said im busy so just gotta kinda wing it smfh but we did get into the door and they started loading pretty quickly thank God for that so good luck drivers coming to this place for the first time 💯🙏❗oh & they just give u a list of rules lol one is weird, no smoking on property only in ur truck ... Kinda dumb if ppl r going to flick their cigarette butts out 🤷♀️😂 but not my business to make ignorant rules but hope they load us quickly 🤞

OK, so as of right now, the five stars are for the young lady in the guard shack. I am three trucks deep and she walked out here to get my PO to get me checked in and she was very friendly. So for those of you that are complaining about her attitude just remember we all go through stuff and our attitude is not always the best so maybe you should try cutting someone or Break.

Second time here and yet again the guard was very friendly. My appointment was at 1330 this afternoon was in a door by 0930 this morning and getting loaded. What a great place to pick up loads!

I come to this shipper a lot now I have never had any issues other than the way they load my truck because my truck tends to be heavier than most they have to load it differently. Friendly staff even when I have to come back an get reworked, always take me early and get me out very quickly. So for all of you trolls on here talking about it taking forever to get loaded if ya don’t like what they are doing do it yourself!

Campany is really bad i came here at 11.30 still waiting in there lot waiting for load didn’t get even a call yet from shipping please don’t come here to get your load they will squeeze out every drop of patient from u and u still ne waiting so yeah really bad reputation.

Worst place ever , be prepared to spend anything from 6 to 12 hrs to get loaded a completely waste of time .
