If you need a particular item call ahead don't just trust the website saying it's in stock. Good thing the staff are very helpful and located a store that had what I needed. Everyone was very friendly and the store was clean.

Bought one loach and entire 55 gallon tank of fish have died a week later. Blood parrots and an algae eater I've had 10 years. Won't ever step foot in there again for anything. ??

I have gotten multiple fish from Bartow and every single one of them have died in the first week. This past time I got 2 fish and when I put them in my tank every fish got sick and died.

Nice staff, but some of them have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. One was spreading misinformation about betta tanks, and the other saying that you can put any betta with guppies, as long as they aren’t “bigger (?)”. Also, I wouldn’t buy plants from here. I know snail eggs are hard to find, but just get a separate tank for plants themselves if you can’t keep them egg-free. It’s ridiculous that I can’t purchase a plant without introducing 10 new snails to my tank. Also, please stop promoting inhumane betta tanks. They’re too small and it’s just sad that it’s being promoted for the profit of the company. Please do better for the sake of these animals.
