I recently visited the T-Mobile store on East Van Fleet Drive in Bartow to complete a trade-in for a device I purchased with Customer Care. Although the system encountered issues accepting the trade-in, the gentleman assisting me was exceptionally friendly, personable, and made every effort to resolve the situation. Despite the rare occurrence of a technical hiccup, his dedication to helping, rather than just selling, stood out. This level of customer service makes this T-Mobile location truly fantastic. Highly recommended for their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Based solely on my experience here, which is to return a phone purchased from another T mobile store. The guys here helped me process the return and walked through everything that the North Lakeland store refused to do. They also helped me get my number back onto a physical SIM that the north lakeland store somehow disabled when asked to move from eSIM to physical sim.These guys are professional at processing my requests and I appreciate the customer service I received.

Today I had the pleasure of working with JR and Anthony, both at the Bartow location. This is my 2nd time working with each of these gentlemen, respectively. As per usual, I received a resolution for my immediate concern, detailed instructions for future-reference, and world class customer care and service. The Bartow location has become my favorite T-Mobile store. It's always a good time there. The staff is top tier.

Don’t go to this store. Poor customer service. Also they don’t even acknowledge your problem, more interested in selling you something. No thanks will take my business elsewhere.

I came into the store after my phone was hacked. I was in a panic and needed assistance on what to do to help fix the issue. A young cocky male associate that was just sitting in a chair doing nothing ,with no other customers in the store ,couldn't have cared less about my worries about my phone. He told me there was nothing he could do as he played on his phone instead of paying attention to a customer. He actually said , " I don't mean to sound insensitive but maybe you should just change you Apple ID." I'm not very computer savvy and needed as. He seemed annoyed by that. I've seen this young man in the store before as he was dealing with another customer. I noticed his disregard and disrespect then. I'm not sure how he still has this job. He clearly doesn't like it or dealing with the public. Maybe flipping burgers , out of customers sight, would be more appropriate for this terrible employee. It's a shame because any other associate that I've dealt with was great . This young person is the expectation. Not in a good way. I only hit 1 star because it wouldn't let me post 0.

To start with I had a phone with a bad battery T-Mobile sent a new phone to this store for me under Assurant warranty. So I went to the store and spent hours waiting for the technician "Ian"to do his job. In which I submitted all of my passwords and pass codes to him so he could perform his job more easily. Thinking he could be trusted. After everything was complete I could see that there was a new charger,cord laying there visible. Not on the table in front of me but on a table off to the side? So I questioned Ian about it? He reluctantly gave charger,cord and stated for my 5 dollars I get a new phone AND a charger,cord! Obviously not taking into account all the money that I gave them over the years as well as paying $15 a month for the warranty over the years and this is the very first time I've used it. So I took my phone charger,cord and left. As soon as I got home preparing to apply a new screen protector and place it in the OtterBox I noticed that it had the same little mark by the mute button that my phone already had? So I called the store to confirm that there was no confusion about what phone I actually got back? While I was speaking to a very professional polite young lady I noticed that there were some other marks on the phone that mine did not have confirming to me that I did get the phone that was shipped from T-Mobile because mine was in better condition. And she did state that when T-Mobile sent the refurbished phones that there may be flaws in them. So a couple of days later my refurbished phone battery died? So checking my phone and going through tech-support we came to the conclusion that the phone T-Mobile sent me in fact had a bad battery in it? So T-Mobile sent another one right away. And was questioned by T-Mobile if I was comfortable returning to the same store? I said yes? So I returned to this same store to receive my second refurbished phone. Not a happy camper at this point! So the manager Corey is the technician handling my situation! Corey very professionally reassuring me and making promises over and over of this being resolved! So Corey immediately and quickly got my new phone up and running in less than an hour as it took the technician Ian hours on my first visit! So Corey presented me my receipt,the box that the new phone came in and all of its contents. So later in the evening I open the box to get my new charger,cord out of it and lo and behold there's earbuds, sim card key and card in there also in which on my first visit Ian did not present me with the box and in fact in my view attempted to hide the charger,cord from me until I brought it to his attention. and I thought that it was just may be because he was preoccupied playing with his new flip phone in which he was! So I called the store and talk to the manager Corey in private about this situation that I was concerned with about Ian withholding the box and its contents from me and questioned the integrity of his employee? Corey immediately become very defensive and started with an attitude talking over me about what could've been what might've been what might not have been with if's and's and butt's? I was only trying to determine the integrity of the people I am dealing with and if Ian kept the ear buds? And again Corey Negatively promising this promising that! Then abruptly hung up the phone on me! Truly if you have not encountered issues with the store you surely will! You should avoid Corey and his store and his promise making and surely question the integrity of his employees! I am not at all satisfied with their integrity! If I could give them negative stars on integrity I would!! but for now I'll give you a big zero on integrity!! The earbuds and the contents that may or may not have been in the box I don't know? It means nothing to me! But I do have a right to know the integrity of the people I do business with! That means a lot!And Corey..... Please don't waste your time making your generic reply of how things should've been or could've been an would&

Lacking professionalism, and a customer centric culture. Staff and management here were unable to compromise and/or resolve a discrepency made at this retail location. Save yourself wasted time and money, try out the Winter Haven or Mulberry T-Mobile locations instead.

Public Notice: Please be aware of Noah and the store manager at the Bartow, Florida store. They are only looking out for their commission. When we arrived it was the end of the month and a guy later to be identified as Noah was in the corner spinning his nose ring. We received terrible service as his personal phone was receiving messages on the floor while he was working. The prices they offer will have hidden fees and cost on your bill after you leave. Your time and money is very important and you deserve to be treated better than what this store has to offer for customer service. Buyer Beware!
