I would like to Recognize Michelle and Sammy at the Bartow Florida Walmart They were extremely helpful and making it a joyable shopping experiencing helping to show me where things were and to check out after my major surgery made your surgery they didn't even know I had she was happy to point me out that items I was looking for and I was looking for. And Sammy was happy to check me out I would like to compliment them and make it known that they are excellent employees to take pride in their job and should be rewarded and acknowledged for their excellence and given a raise if possible. My name is Diana SIENKIEWICZ I shop there on Monday October 3rd or 4th and on Saturday the on Saturday the 8th of October while I was out of town and they were the most lovely people there was an excellent staff at that store and they were exceptional above all. I did not get a photo of Sammy I was exhausted from driving from Gainesville Florida for 6 days from all the storm problems I was stuck in the woods. They made my week. And pray Jesus protects them and keep them in all their ways for being such kind people, Wal-mart is lucky to have them.

Don't know if it's management or the employees. Poor service! I was told that they all work on lube and tires. They started the tires before my oil change. I guess they make more money with that customer. I was told it's first come first serve. I got here at 6:45 to be first in line.

After two weeks of calling the fda, bbb, finally got a call from walmart Corp and they replaced my card, about 100 hrs on line and on phone but I'm satisfied

I'm from San Diego, California. Last night I got a purchase notification that I was purchasing stuff at Walmart. I knew my bank account was hacked and someone purchased expensive stuff in this store. I immediately closed my card info. The person was able to get the stuff that he bought. I claimed a dispute at my bank this morning and they returned the money into my account. I would still like this person to be caught. He is randomly doing this thing and I believe that he is an employee there. I said he, it's because he bought AirPods, and a play station gaming headpiece. I went into my Walmart app after I closed my card, he was still putting Apple Watch into the cart. But unable to purchase them, since I cancelled my card. I called the Walmart number provided in my email that I received and I spoke with Natalie, she just assured me that the good thing I did was cancelled my card. I would like this perpetrator be caught. Whoever he is. It's just sad that people are desperate. They wouldn't care about even if what they're doing is wrong.

We are in the middle of Corona virus and yesterday a cashier coughed into her bare hand, then kept ringing up items! Please train your employees!!

The people at this location can't answer a phone! When someone does answer they have to call someone from the department you want be prepared to be online forever! None of the Wal Marts seem to be able to stock their stores! Don't waste your time shop someplace else!

Jasmine and Drea provided the worst customer service experience ever! I bought a dresser offline and picked it up from site to store at the Auburndale location. I do not live close to this location, so I decided to return it to the Bartow location. They were refusing to return the item initially. I then had to call Walmart customer service, they then told them I can return the item at any Walmart. They then tried to give me my money back on a store credit.However, I paid with cash for my purchase. Richard was the only one who knew what he was doing. He should be store manager as he was phenomenal. The last time I was at this Bartow location Drea did not know how to make a credit card payment and yet they have her as acting manager. Walmart needs to do better and retrain their staff.

This store has improved quite a bit in the last 5 months. A lot cleaner, the only problem i have is the heavy smell of grease they fry in. I can actually smell it coming out the doors when they open at least 20 ft into the parking lot. Plus lately they've been moving the food around again and I spend more time looking for things, especially in the frozen section. Pain in the butt!

the store and employees are great At this location however T-Mobile service is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to not enjoy I have to switch to Cricket and I have never been happier with my service if you're d*** enough to enjoy T-Mobile service then I would personally recommender store employees are very helpful and kind their hours are decent and my location is convenient
