I just really want to say thank you to the person responsible for moving the Location of the "new greyhound" In Tampa Florida. I missed a lot of buses and was not refunded because they would say it was my fault I missed the bus. I stopped riding greyhound after the third time and take Uber now which cost twice as much. I will begin taking greyhound again. Now I feel safer and the stop is in a easy to see easy to access place. I am extremely pleased with change. Thank you so much.

Worst service ever will steal your money even if you don’t use the ticket and don’t issue refunds even if you don’t use the ticket

I caught a Greyhound bus here in mid November 2023. There is no bus station. The old bus station is closed. My bus to Orlando left from the HART city public bus yard between Morgan & Marion, just north of Laurel. There is a small covered area with a few seats. There was a Greyhound staff person posted outside to help passengers, and also a security guard. I was told there’s a ticket office “under the clock tower”(on Laurel, I think) — but it’s easier to buy a ticket online. My bus was reasonably on time, and it was a comfortable ride with no problems.

Horrible experience. This place is filthy and the bathrooms may as well have been straight out of a horror movie. If you have to go here I suggest you keep your belongings close by.

I would give zero stars. This is an example of a greedy corporation not wanting to pay emoyees to run a terminal. Instead we are dumped off on the toad under an overpass in a seedy area. Dangerous for women and children traveling alone. The Mayor of Tampa should hear from all of us. I'M disabled and can't stand up for long periods. You have to stand in the heat with your belongs in a bad neighborhood. NOT ACCEPTABLE GREYHOUND!! I will never use them again! I will pay a Lyft driver even though its more expensive. My safety is worth it!

I took a friend here to take the bus to Jacksonville & was shocked to find out that there isnt a building and that they (Greyhound) picks you up under a bridge/over pass on the side of the road. Its not in the safest area and tbh I wouldnt want to have to go there after dark. There wasnt any security...

Horrible experience. Delayed buses. Greyhound workers are very rude. Dropped off in the middle of the night in Tallahassee, Florida with no open facilities to use the restroom or anything. Buses smelled like weed and urine. Some of the buses had roaches and ants on them. Very uncomfortable seating. Buses were dirty. Drivers were pleasant. But everything about my 27 hour trip was miserable. Rude passengers. I should get a refund for this atrocity of a bus line. Ridiculous to have to be treated the way we were and then have to pay almost $300 for the worst experience on greyhound bus station. Everyone has a bad attitude. Fake mall cops walk around checking for tickets but do nothing about the bully's on the bus or at the bus station. Something needs to be done. I need to be contacted about repayment. Alot of people had the same experience while riding on these same buses.

Dropping off a friend who is taking a Greyhound to Georgia. In one hundred degree heat, people are forced to wait outside under a bridge, in some cases for hours, without so much as a bench to sit on. It is hard to see how anyone would consider this adequate customer service. It is a wonder this company can stay in business.

They should tell you that there is no building , you wait under a bridge ,there is no bathroom, nothing to drink and this is Florida it's hot , the public transit building has restrooms and soda machines that don't work down the street but they don't want the greyhound people in there and can ticket and harass you for loitering

The bus station for the city busses is not the same as the greyhound area. My mom missed her bus due to poor instructions on where to meet for the bus. There is no signage indicating where to meet for the grey hound. She can’t argue for a refund because of the confusion. For anyone getting a grey hound bus, MEET UNDER THE EXPRESSWAY, Prepare for NO AIR-CONDITIONING, and our Bus was LATE. No air conditioning on hour long car rides are inhumane. So many people depend on this transportation and for the amount of revenue this company must make when people are missing their bus ride, they need to fix the AC! Terrible business and no customer support.

Bus stations get worse by the stops heading South. Some I'm surprised haven't been closed for health reasons. And Tampa doesn't even have a bus station. Greyhound is definitely falling behind fast. Next trip will definitely be by train or plane.

Worse experience I ever had. They changed my ticket, and when I went to take the bus, my ticket wasn't working. And I called \\\"customer service\\\" and they told me that there's no customer service, that the only way to contact customer service is by mail???? Really??? They make a mistake and they can't resolve it and I have to wait more than a week to get answers??? Horrible horrible horrible. Please book your bus straight with flixbus. Greyhound it is the worse company ever

Driver apologized for being late, flat tire. He obayed the highway rules, I feel safe with him. A+ Driver .. no bus station, no staff. If I were an illegal smuggler, No Security, Riders on on their own. No place to ask for directions, no clear marking on highway underpass, Grayhound Bus Stop. If I were running from the law, standing next to someone on the underpass, I know I can get on a grayhound, and not be checked, scanned for a ticket. Disappear. No Security. Good Driver, No Security.

You deserve negative stars. My daughter arrived early for her bus only to be told (upon arrival and checking in) that her bus had been delayed. And there was no data on where her bus was. Her booked trip was to leave at 720 am!! When did she leave?? After 12 pm!! Well that's where it starts. Once she arrives at her transfer station she is told her bus already left!! How is that possible when everyone waiting on said bus is still in the station.. waiting!! What was supposed to be a 10 plus hour trip has now turned into a 24+/- hour trip. Your customer service and ability to maintain a schedule deserves a negative review on all counts. The only reason said stations are still in use is because they are MAJOR hubs. If people had other options, you best believe the Atlanta, GA hub would NOT be around. I expected more from a DECADES long reputable bus lines to successfully transport my daughter to her destination!!
