Absolutely disgusting to gouge people 1000’s of dollars for puppies. No attention given to these pups. And most looked sickly. These kinds of places should be shut down!

I love this boutique, been coming here for years. They have a large variety of adorable puppies and dog supplies, and the cutest little puppy treats that my girls love.

They sell puppy mill puppies and backyard breeder puppies. The poor breed dogs SUFFER EVERYDAY!

Places like these should be shut down! I go in there and none of these dogs have proper bedding, there’s urine in almost all their cages, no food, they are extremely over priced when you can just get dogs for much cheaper at an animal shelter.. worse of all is the fact that these dogs “bedding” is shredded newspaper!! Dogs were eating that. If digested they can have numerous health problems. Please shut this place down

Adopt don’t shop. The shelters are overcrowded in Polk county with no shortage of popular breeds there. This place screams red flag with liquid diarrhea in every single puppy’s enclosure.

Puppies were very cute and staff was friendly, but there was a ball Python in the back corner who looked very neglected. Underweight, stuck eye caps, patches of skin all over his enclosure, being kept in a 20-gallon with reptile carpet and only one hide. I suggested some substrates to an associate that could help him shed, but the employee seemed slightly dismissive saying that she “doesn’t mess with him cuz he belongs to the owner.” It was upsetting to see because the rest of the store seemed fine

There prices could be better for the poodle mix. Yeah it's average or top price but I've seen better prices.

I have gotten 2 dogs here now. A golden retriever and a corgi. Both dogs were sick. Both dogs have had diarrhea with blood for over a week and constant throw up. My corgi wouldn’t even eat for days. My golden retriever ended up being so bad we had to take him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night. Everytime we went there it was great customer service but it seems like their dogs aren’t taken care of properly. I’ve been told by companion animal hospital that majority of their dogs are always sick and a friend of mine who got their dog from here, was also sick. Do better.
