Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealer. They sold us a broke van that after 5 times back to the dealer, they could not fix. They bought it back and sold us another broke van for my wife and 2 kids.... Bought a chrysler Pacifica with 30k on it, on the way home the dash lit up with all the warning lights, would not shift and began slowing down on its own. We called them to fix it and they tried 5 times to no avail. They actually bought it back on the terms that I buy a replacement from them. The replacement van (Honda Odessey with 32k) was delivered with check engine lights on even though we were promised it was 100% perfect. After the first rain we have water pouring into the interior of the van. Call the dealer to find out they lied to us and it is not under warranty. Now after purchasing a 35 thousand dollar van, I must immediately drop untold amounts of money to get it fixed. Charging system and whatever is causing the water leak. These guys are not to be trusted to sell a properly working vehicle, even though that is the only thing they are supposed to do.

I would never take my truck back to this dealership.. It took them 26 days to fix the exhaust manifold. Then when I got my truck back it was scratched. They blamed it on corrosion and told me that they will pay for part of it to get it fixed, but again the scratches were not there when I dropped it off... it ended up that I had to pay around $750 to fix what they did... also. Yeah try and contact them. They never answer the phone... I called Corporate and made a complaint and of course they didn't call me back... I also talked to the general manager Mr Smith, and h3 did nothing!!! By the way the day after I dropped my truck off they called me and stated my truck was fixed. When I showed up and started my truck it.was making the same noise.... I asked for a manager and he stated that his workers work with a lot of power tools and he probably didn't hear it because of it... a couple days latter the same manager stated the the guy that worked on my truck was new and that he was in training... WTF!!!!!! I have left 2 .ore messages for Mr Smith with no response!!!!!! They will damage your vehicle and make you pay for it!!!! What a joke!!!

Just don't. After reading decent Yelp reviews of Thunder Jeep's service department I took my Jeep Wrangler that's still under warranty there for a grunting noise in the front, right wheel well when slowly going over the bump in our driveway. I explained the issue in detail and also asked for a 5-tire rotation. I was told I'd receive a call in the morning with a status update. Come afternoon of the next day I called as I hadn't heard anything. First I was routed to my Service Advisor's voice mail box so I left a message. Nearly 2 hours later I called again and spoke with another Advisor who put me on hold for 25 minutes. It turned out my Advisor was at lunch and nobody knew. When I called back again I spoke with my Advisor who said the technician hadn't looked at my vehicle yet but would the following morning and she'd call me with a status. By 1:20pm the following day I hadn't heard anything so called and my Advisor told me she hadn't spoken with the technician yet but would get an update and call me back. Remember the issue was experienced when I entered my driveway at a slow speed? Somehow that justified the technician taking my Jeep on a 25 mile test drive and determining he couldn't duplicate the issue. My Advisor asked if I could come to the dealership and take the technician on a drive to duplicate the issue. I explained the issue again and that a 26-mile road test wouldn't duplicate it. My Advisor said she'd go with the technician to try it again. I drove to the dealership after work and was told they still couldn't reproduce the issue. I was charged $30.76 for the 5-tire rotation but when I approached my vehicle the same brand new spare tire was on the back (it still had the stripes and nubbies on it so I knew it hadn't been rotated). When I walked back into the service department my Advisor was on the phone with another customer telling them they took their vehicle that's still under warranty for a 35-mile test drive and couldn't duplicate their issue. Seems like the standard answer for warranty repairs. Anyhow, when she finished the call she asked if I wanted them to rotate the spare. Um, yeah! I paid for it! A few minutes later my keys were returned. When I entered my vehicle and removed the plastic seat and floor protectors I found a ketchup packet on the driver's floor so apparently the test drive was to lunch. And two blocks from the dealership my TPMS light turned on showing the spare only had 20psi in it so they didn't inflate the tires. Thanks for putting me at risk of a flat and my life in danger, Thunder! All that said, if you're considering taking your Jeep to Thunder for service, just don't.

The salesman Mr Craig Smith and the entire staff did an absolute fantastic job of getting my deal wrapped up on the truck and price I wanted. The entire buying experience, pick up and delivery was very modern ,mostly online, easy ,convenient, and completely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Again Thunder Chrysler.

The worst experience i've ever had. Impossible to get a response from Thunder Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Luis would not return calls or respond at all. Wasted over a week with no response. Trying to get a price for a standard, new part. No call backs. Disinterested Staff. No Manager call back. No email. No Service. Broken promises. Lies told. Forever on hold. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Shocking....

I bought a vehicle from this dealership about a month ago. At the time, I had a tag that I wanted to transfer, but for whatever reason, they couldn’t transfer the tag I had with me, so they gave me a temporary tag and were told the issue should be fixed in the next few weeks. Approximately three days before the temporary tag expired, I called them, and they said the issue had still not been resolved. Still, they would send me another temporary tag via mail three days after the tag expired, and I should have already gotten the temporary tag in the mail. It never came in. I called them up again. I was told they would overnight it to me and to expect it the next day. 3days later still no tag and have been ghosted by them. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car dealership. I would not buy here again. ight another tag to me two days later still no tag every time I call them for some reason no one ever in the office and when I do finally get a finance manager on the phone, he grabs all my information down and tells me he’ll give me a call back later in the day two days later still no phone call. This is by for the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car dealerships. I would not buy here again.

Sold 2019 honda without proper maintenance before it was sold , now the honda has to get a new torque converter and transmission cause dealer didn't service transmission at 55,000 miles and sold it to me without proper maintenance as per manual says . Talked to GM and he says they don't due schedule maintenances on vehicles; so I said you don't do oil changes and he started getting mad and saying we don't do schedule maintenance on vehicles . I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer nor my whole family due to them not servicing there vehicles before sale and denying any schedule maintenance . I pulled service records on it and they never serviced the awd system or transmission or coolant flushes on vehicle before sold to customers , salesman even told me and my wife it was all serviced and maintained ; apparently they lied to me and my wife to obtain a sale !

horrible customer service. Dropped of a vehicle to check the battery first thing in the morning and after multiple attempts to get an update, no response. I have left numerous messages and can get no one to call me back to at least provide an update. This is not the 1st time I have had a problem with their service department. Once this issue is resolved, it will probably be the last for me.
Update: Battery was replaced, under warranty. Response and updates significantly improved by service dept. Unfortunate that this occurred after my 20 mile trip to visit them personally to get finally get answers.
I would have liked to have the testing and battery replacement completed earlier than the 5 days it took to do so, but it all worked out. Txs, Thunder.

I went back to this dealership when I was looking to trade my van in since I bought my van there almost 4 years ago. I'm saddened to say this time was horrible and I will never give them any business again. I started by filling out the online inquiry where they told me my car was worth between 6,500 and 8,300 (remember this ) I spoke with a guy named Matt and set up appointment for Saturday at 11am. I moved another appointment to accommodate this appointment since it was important to me. As soon as my dad and I arrive we park then we approach a big group of salesman sitting around doing nothing . matt steps forwards shakes our hands and saids something came up he is giving us to tre. This put a bad taste in my mouth to start and made me feel not valued as a customer, however I pushed thru. Tre was very kind but not very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at . We all went on a test drive then my dad leaves and tre and I go inside to talk numbers. So tre comes back with a offer for my car that they were reviewing while I was test driving the other one and the offer is 2,100..I literally laughed out out loud..I thought they were joking..I showed them the quote they had set me from the website and they proceeded to tell me that was just for the year and mileage of my car and they listed off the reasons why they offered me less..
They stated my tires were which I'm aware of and so are the ones on the car I test drove .
Then my car has dents and scratches which it does.
Then they said my transmission was slipping..wow not true at all. I get my car serviced all the time and drive my car all the time I would know if this was the case. I called my mechanic while I was sitting there about my transmission and he told me to walk out.
I was so appalled and at this point poor tre knows he isn't going to make a sale so he goes to get Bob the finance manager who came over and shook my hand. I reminded him I knew him from my purchase in 2020 and I wasn't happy..I let him know we are not going to make a deal today and I was leaving. As I am leaving Bob offers me 5,300 for my trade but by then I was disgusted and I left . I went straight to Bartow Ford where I found a honest salesman with kaz and I was able to find the help I need. Thanks but not thanks thunder..I will never step foot in ur door again. Please be careful going here if u are a elderly person or a woman. They are not honest!

Had to change from five star to one. I don’t trust dealerships and Thunder is a perfect reason why. Don’t let the new building fool you. I used to trust them when Jason worked in the service department as he was upfront and honest. We have free oil changes and a lifetime warranty so we have to use Thunder for work to be covered. Any service tech but Jason would try to upsell us on something so we started asking for him each time since 2019. Jason quit in May 2024 and we’ve had a rough go ever since. A few weeks ago, I came in for a tire patch. Was told they’re not allowed to patch a tire rated like mine. Jason had done it once before so I was confused. Then found out the tires were wearing out badly. Alignment wasn’t done right (Thunder did it) so our tires wore out quickly, on the inner corner of the tire, down to the cords, requiring us to buy four new tires two years before we should have to. Oh and the tie rod needed to be replaced which was a three week wait on parts (I understand that is a common problem now). The whole rack had to be replaced because they couldn’t get the tie rod end loose (didn’t want to heat it up, then changed story to “both sets of torches don’t work.”) Bottom line:they wanted commission from a bigger bill. Thankful the car has a lifetime warranty so we didn’t have to pay for all that but what if we didn’t have it? How many people come in without a warranty and don’t know enough about cars to ask questions? Service manager Chris lied to us about several things, including “Chryslers policy” on tires and their ability to be patched. He talked badly about the oil techs saying they “know nothing” when asked why our tire problem wasn’t noticed during their 21 point inspection they do each time we have an oil change (we go every 6 months and were always told the tires were fine) so it could have been fixed before we had to replace all of them. Why even say you’re doing an inspection when you’re not actually looking for a potential problem? Chris told us we should get an alignment done every year to make sure our tires were wearing properly. He was fired a few days later. Then they hired a new service manager who told us “we can’t get it perfect every time” when asked why our alignment was done incorrectly yet again after we specifically asked for a certain camber to be set to prevent the same tire wear issue from happening a third time. She avoided answering several questions and didn’t seem to know about cars. I sat in the lobby for over eight hours that first day and heard nothing but stories of how they lie to trusting customers, lose or break items in their vehicles, and fail to actually do a proper inspection to prevent problems, like notice corrosion on a battery. Here we are three weeks later and we finally have our car back. Our service tech Billy did what he could and kept us informed along the way, and we know the issue isn’t his fault. The GM Tony seemed to understand the problem and gave us a small discount on the tires. But the new service manager (don’t recall her name) needs to learn how to respond to customers. Thunder should hire some honest people who know about cars and don’t have to work on commission if they truly want to keep customers.
