I will say the employees at this store are one of a kind. All the employees greet me as I come through the door. All the employees work as a team, they are all very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and are willing to help. They go that extra mile.

The UPS store in Bartow is awesome! They have always taken care of everything I need. There is a particular employee named Grace that works there. She is very friendly, efficient and professional. She has helped me several times with complicated situations . She made sure that everything I needed to take care of was done correctly. She is definitely an asset to this company. She is an awesome employee!!

Do not ship through any UPS store especially this one, I mailed a letter with overnight delivery and the letter didn't arrive as promised, I filed a claim with the store and I was denied, I next spoke to UPS customer service and they advised me a claim was never filed by the this store, they also stated they have fine print that says not responsible for weather delays which I can understand but with technology they knew this letter was going to be delayed before they took my money,
followup on the owners response
UPS has stated that a claim was never filed!!!!

I live over an hour away and was up most of the night knowing that I had some business to handle that was time sensitive. I was greeted by an incredibly professional and knowledgeable employee by the name of Grace. Not kidding.. I had a list of things that had to get done and she went through each and every thing on my list and made it happen! I don’t live here but I wanted the folks to know… that actually do live here and need professional and efficient service that this is the place to go.. Ms. Grace made me feel like I had an executive secretary handling my laundry list of items. Thank you so very much Grace!!

I work for Sutton Law Firm in Bartow and we like to send out St. Patrick's Day boxes to clients, friends, etc. every year. Well, this year we had 73 boxes that needed to be sent out and we couldn't get to the UPS Store until the afternoon. Crystal is such a nice employee and was willing to help us in any way that she could. She even allowed us to go back to the office while they were printing labels, so we didn't have to stay there the entire time. Crystal and Noah helped get all the boxes together and the truck driver actually waited around because they were almost done making labels for them all. They have exceptional customer service and it was so nice to have our boxes arrive before St. Patrick's Day! Thank you all!

To whom it may concern,
I want to give a shout out to the exceptional customer service in Bartow Florida! This was done over the phone as I live in the Panhandle of Florida.
My story is a little long but worth telling. I will start with when I ordered two picture blankets from Walmart to send to my daughters who both have birthdays and both living in Idaho. Long story short, after ordering, Walmart defaulted back to an old address where I had once mailed things to them and FedEx delivered it and left it on the porch. The current owner Rick called FedEx to pick it back up and send it back but after 3 weeks of a no show he decided to open the pkg and saw that it was a sentimental gift then decided to go to UPS to see if they could help. Now this is where Crystal comes in. She called me to tell me what the owner was trying to do and having no luck with FedEx stopped into the store to see what UPS could do to make sure I got my sentimental picture blankets. I was so excited to hear they had been found. They let me talk to Rick so I could thank him and then Crystal asked me if I wanted the blankets and that she could mail them to me. I was more than happy to say YES. I want to say a huge thanks to Rick for going above and beyond to make sure the blankets were in my hands and for Crystal and Bartow UPS Store for helping solve the mystery of the missing package.
