I know things happen and will never complain unless you give me a reason too. Let me explain the situation, so I placed an order with a clothing store (over 150$ worth of clothes and it’s for my kids as well) order was expected to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came around and package was left with a “individual”. I went around asking everyone if they happened to grab a package and everyone said no. So I contact clothing store they told me it’s outta their control and so I wait, maybe somehow it was claimed to be dropped off but wasn’t and the reason why I thought this was because this isn’t the first time the carrier claimed they delivered a package in a certain place or that they dropped it off that day and it turn up the next day so I waited one more day. Well nothing came and decided today (Thursday) I’d go in and get this figured out. I went in and spoke to the supervisor and could already sense that this guy was not ganna be any help, he was so rude and didn’t even really bother to allow me to explain the situation. I gave him the info he wanted so quickly and then he came back and said that it was left at the mailbox now. My mailbox is at the end of a very long driveway on a very busy road we normally leave the gate open when we know delivery drivers are coming through so there can never be an issue especially because we’ve had issues multiple times w drivers just leaving packages by the gate rather then bringing them inside. Regardless he says gps showing it was there and I told him well someone’s lying because it says on my end that it was given to an individual. So he calls the carrier she claims a car was pulling out and so she decided to leave the package by the gate cause she couldn’t “get through” this is a huge drive way that more than two cars can go through it’s not that hard and still she never even gave the package to an actual individual she left it by the gate still. The carrier has done this several times. One time she left a package at a back gate other time she left it at a neighbors house and most times she delivers the packages perfectly fine at the house on the porch but I guess when she gets to lazy to do her damn job she pulls this crap and rather than her getting in trouble we are the ones being punished now. Because the supervisor is tired of us complaining about his carriers rather than making his carriers do their damn jobs it’s now our responsibility to go pick up the packages from the post office. His excuse we can’t cater to everyone on where they want their packages to be delivered to, but sorry sir this is your job! And regardless our house is deep into the property therefore a long drive way it doesn’t matter if it’s a busy road packages should never be left so far away from the physical house especially when the gate is open for their convenience! Will never again use post office for my packages.

Lost a package I ordered, the wife contacted the post office they admitted they delivered it to the wrong house and said they would recover it. They said they were having trouble trying to recover it. Then today they lied and said it was delivered, we told them we have cameras on the mail box and the front door I check them everyday. No delivery's. Why lie

I use USPS, not the brown truck. Convenient easy to deal with and most of the time it's pretty good on the wallet. Thumbs up ?

We have lived all over the country and never had this problem. Our outgoing mail doesn't make its destination and it's costing us 35 per check to stop payment and issue another, plus extra postage. Have addressed this many times at the desk and always no answer. Also I had a collectible sent to me that went back to the post office by accident and they claim they don't have it and the sender said it never got back to them. Something is up with the mail here

Put in my change of address over a week ago from south Lakeland to Bartow and still haven't received any mail. I move often, at least once every couple years, never had any issues with my change of address forms in the past. This time someone decided to change my submission to a temporary move without my authorization and was told I may have filled the form out incorrectly. I have been filling out change of address forms over 30 years, this is the first time I have ever had an issue. I need my mail.

In same week a very expensive photo order that said do not bend was crushed and damaged and box with value gift inside crushed broken. Not to mention missing mail will never be located. Lakeland post office better.
