Worst service ever! They made book an appointment twice and was not seen in any of them. I wasted around one hour each time for nothing. They booked the appointment and when I showed up they stated they needed to check the insurance first. When I had in first place since I called that was the purpose of the visit.

This year so far has been good no waiting for blood work. I see Dr Sweeney it's about a 30 minute wait and about a 15 min wait once you are in a room. But I have been seeing him for 35 years to old to change Dr's now so I will wait my turn. He a good Dr. ?

Worst possible place to go to emergency room. I was there for 2 hours got a bill of 11,000.00. and it was adjusted to 5 and still owed 2.thousand. such a rip off

Richard Sweeney is a horrible doctor that will neglect any forms needing to be filled out that he is obligated to as a primary physician... Richard Sweeney should not be practicing anymore if he does not put his patients first... Richard Sweeney will make you wait over a month for an appointment even if you have a outstanding chronic health condition and then will make you wait in waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes or more to see you for only 5-15 minutes in his Room... Richard Sweeney is a lazy lazy sadly to be called a doctor... Richard Sweeney does not have a nurse staff that knows how to put prescriptions in correctly or send them to the pharmacy... if you want appointments at a decent time and doctors that care and front desk that knows how to take appointments do not go to Watson Clinic you will be treated poorly and build promptly.

Had an appointment at 4:15 and been waiting for 40 min. Really need to be reasonable with her time and scheduling. It’s frustrating coming for an appointment and have to wait extra 40 min.

While they don't offer walk-in services as the website advertises, the person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and apologized for the misinformation on the website.

The podiatrist, Dr Diperrio, was the worst doctor with the most arrogant bedside manner I had ever met.The check in was smooth.But when I got back to his office area, the nurse took my first visit questionnaire, and input wrong info when I wasn't done with it. When he came in I had brought my mri disk, he said he couldn't get the computer in the room to function so he never looked at it. Could not answer my questions about tendon surgery, except by saying " you have a tear, we do surgery, that's it". Would never let him touch me with a ten foot pole. If he is a reflection of this establishment I will never be back.

Do not have any medical issues on the weekend even though we as humans cant control it because they will charge you extra just to see you and not tell you.

Doctors and staff are all wonderful and I enjoy having to go here. a nice comfortable place and there really not that much of a wait time and my doctor takes her time and does a very complete job, asks questions and you can tell she really is listening to and doing what you need done...
