We went to WF Bartow branch to make some adjustments and changes in our accounts. Its manager, Jill Ebel, and banker Lionel Zoluaga made us feel heard, welcomed, and well-guided throughout the process. They were patient, responsive to our concerns, and gracious. Our years of partnering with this institution (home mortgages, savings, and CDs) were years spent feeling safe, secure, and genuinely embraced.

There is something fundamentally wrong with Wells Fargo ATM at this location. Over last 3 years when I make deposits into ATM (because by time I come bank is closed), it perpetually rejects $100 bills. They are brand new bills so it is not like they are old and beat up. It really hates them. If you keep shoving them back into the machine, it will accept all bills (1,10,20,50) then accept like 75% of 100s and then go into stupid mode and refuse. First it refuses 5 100 bills then you keep putting it in and on 4th try it will accept another 2 and then after 5 more tries another 1 and you stand there like a buffoon with a line of people angrily looking at you. This happens 100% of the time.

They have a few really great people working there and then I guess they teach the new hires 10 steps on how to be just plain Rude .. I need a new bank

Worst service ever!!! Had me waiting over 30 minutes in the lobby while they were people that could help me then was told they wouldn’t help me because they don’t have enough time today. Never coming to this branch ever again or possibly even open an account with Wells Fargo after having a credit card with him for years and decided to maybe open a bank account today

It's bad enough you're closing branches in every direction of Lakeland, but your atm as also turned off?We jump hurdles and you make it impossible to bank.

Was told to wait 1 second while 5 people was helping 1 customer standing behind 1 computer screen. Why do you have all those computers? Fired. It's just not poor management, it poor overall team location. Except the person driving the red Si. You cool.

I forgot the tellers name but today she was very helpful. I dont have an account here and they cashed a $3000 check here at no charge. None of the other Wells Fargo do that. I didnt get treated like a criminal and she didnt have to call my customer to verify the check. I'm opening an account here on my first day off. This is how I remember banks use to be.

Felicia and Tawain, I really appreciate you both from the superior drive thru services and customer service. You guys rock. All in all the staff in general, I can't recall unfriendly customer service at this branch, as I have experienced with others Well Fargo's?. CS can be a difficult job, dealing with all types of attitudes and personalities (I've done it, not and easy task at times). You all keep striving for the BEST.....

I actually never do reviews but when I googled this branch to find out what time they closed I happened to see a previous negative comment and I just had to speak up. Very single time I go to this branch I am treated with so much care and respect. I’ve even come within minutes of of the branch closing on a Friday evening and I was actually given even more care if possible. Life has been so stressful and although Tawian is one of my favorite tellers ( myself and my family have always felt his positive energy and great customer service) the entire team has helped me and my elderly parents each and every time we’ve driven through their drive thru or walked through their doors. I wish that people who have bad days wouldn’t take it out on hard working folks. But I’m sure there will always be good people out there willing to speak up as to what’s right, honest and true. Thanks Wells Fargo Bartow!

I went to make a withdrawal and asked for large. The vault person said I have closed the vault down.Then they then went on to say pretty much said take what I give you in so many words. I worked at a bank for 9 years and we NEVER closed the vault or turned it over until EOD. (End of day) in this case it is 5pm. I know it's Friday and they want to get out asap. However, the customers come 1st. Jill then says "well you got what you wanted". Yes, I got the amount. However, not the denomination, there is a difference. And it wasn't due to covid or shortage. He said " I CLOSED THE VAULT DOWN".You don't EOD the vault early. I feel tellers often forget why is it the bank is open. With no customers, there is no business, customers come first and in this case it was teller first. I can't wait until I get the survey, all zeros or ones thank Jill and her team and the vault person. Have an awesome day!

I was in the bank on July 22, 2019 just after 9:00 AM. I was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman. The young man who served me was also very friendly and helpful. His name was Tawian.Thank you Tawian for outstanding customer service!
