This Thursday went out for a day in my hometown of Miami Shores And found this little store named bubbles so me and my kids went inside and started looking around. Guy named Micheal started berating my children yelling at us and treating us with real disrespect. My kids were looking at clothes to try on and he was telling my kids don’t touch the clothes you’re ruining them. How does he expect us to buy the item without touching it and seeing if it fits? Then we went to another section and my kids were touching some items and he starts yelling at them again telling them not to touch anything And filming us with his camera And screaming at us to get out of his store. My kids are teenagers. They are not babies and they know what they are doing not to ruin anything. They were just checking items out so we can buy them. End of story is Guy starts filming us and tells us to get out And never come back Very rude Guy!!!!!!!!!!! I really don’t appreciate this and I wouldn’t recommend anybody going into his store It has very bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And is extremely overpriced. This guy Micheal is very rude how he talks to woman and children. I really can’t believe a business owner would talk to people like he did So I will not be bringing my business there anymore whatsoever and I live two blocks away. Very sad for someone to act so rude with paying customers.

I'm so impressed with this pharmacy!
Not only do they offer competitive prices on prescriptions and health essentials, but their customer service is top-notch too! The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.
Plus, their selection of cute clothes, toys, and gifts is a lovely surprise - I always find something special to treat myself or a loved one. Overall, a fantastic shopping experience that I highly recommend!

The best clothing store in bay harbor island. I love it! The store has a great selection, and the staff is super welcoming. It’s definitely one of my girlfriend's favorite places to shop in the area!

Bubbles is the best pharmacy you will ever go to. Besides Bubbles being a pharmacy they have great and beautiful clothes. You will love going there, the owners are the sweetest, kindest, nicest and most helpful people you will ever find. They have a variety of everything you could be looking for. I have so much fun just walking in and seeing the new things they got in. They have things no other pharmacy has. What pharmacy can you find that if you can’t get there to pick up your prescriptions they will be nice enough to deliver to you. You’re missing so much if you don’t go there, I promise you.

Beware this pharmacy. They don’t take insurance and charge exorbitant prices for generics. We tried to take our prescription elsewhere and they threatened to not fill one medication we needed there if we went elsewhere. Avoid at all costs. They need to be investigated by the state of Florida for deceptive business practices.
Adding to this review after the owner attacked me. If I had an issue with the price I would’ve left. It’s the way you held a prescription hostage and told me no pharmacies in Florida take insurance. You also told me you’re the owner but your google page says you identify as women owned so I’m confused?
Your threatened not to fill one of the prescriptions unless we filled every prescription there are outrageous prices. Your prices on generics are 4-5x the national average. I said nothing disparaging about your business. It’s true tour prices are high, you told us no one else takes insurance, and you refused to fill one prescription unless we filled all. I would gladly pay a higher price to support a small business, but certainly not one who attacks its customers and calls them pathetic.
And just to prove I give honest feedback you have a lot of nice Knick nacks for sale. Your store is very nicely laid out. It was just the way we were treated and the price gouging that made me feel it was necessary to leave a review. You have plenty of positive reviews and I’m sure you deserve them. That however doesn’t change the fact your prices are 4-5x the national average and you threatened not to fill a prescription unless we filled all of them. You also told us no other pharmacy takes insurance.

Harbor Pharmacy is the best pharmacy!Caroline is so caring and knowledgeable about everything.She treats you like you are the most important person. There is no delay in getting the prescription, like the big name pharmaciies.. This is the place to go to!!

This place is a gem!! Love everything about it ❤️ the owners are so nice and beyond helpful in helping to find whatever you are looking for. The clothing is stunning ? and the pharmacy is so amazing!! The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and helpful , with a sweet smile on her face at all times? I was visiting Miami last month and came across this lovely chic boutique! It was so gorgeous inside and had a pharmacy too. The owners were lovely and I got to speak French with them. I needed a gift for a little girl and Caroline was so helpful in helping me put together a personalized gift set. Thank you so much for your help!
