“Nice clean facility with friendly staff. The only thing I don't like is that you have to get $10 on your card. So if your balance is a certain amount, you only need two more dollars to zero it out, then you're forced to get 10 more dollars. Always leaving you a balance on your card that you're just going to lose if you don't come back.”
“The laundromat is super clean, washers and dryers seem new and well maintained. I love the fact that I don't have to hassle with coins. There's staff constantly cleaning, there's good AC, TVs and great music.
The only downside is the cost of the washers and dryers, they're a little on the high end, so be ready to spend some $$ doing laundry there. Otherwise is GREAT!”

“I came here after the hotel I was staying at told me they could not provide same day service. I looked around on Google Maps and chose this place based on customer reviews. I am really glad I did! I was helped by Maria, who could not have been more pleasant. She told me normal wash and fold would be done the following day, but for an up charge it could be done in 4 hours. I chose that option, and within 3 hours I received a text telling me the laundry was done. I picked it up and everything was clean, tidy, and in good shape. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town and need to have some clothes washed!”
“My washer broke down & I am happy I found this place. I haven’t been to a “wash house” lol in over 50 years! The place is clean & organized! The attendant was very nice & helped me with the change machine, basket, etc. There was good music playing & plenty of seats to sit on while waiting for clothes to finish. There is a great variety of nice new machines. I’ve been there twice & will definitely recommend to others. I have a new washer now.”

“Whilst visiting Miami during the recent FIFA 2026 World Cup, I organised a fans football match between England and France, on the morning of the Bronze Final (3rd/4th place play off in English!) and needed to get the kit washed in record time as I needed to get it back to the hotel and then myself to the stadium for a 5pm kickoff. It was my great fortune to find My Sunny Laundry and the very efficient and very beautiful Fabiola who took charge of the situation and had the kit washed, dried, folded and packed away within an hour. She was super-efficient and was also kind and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending My Sunny Laundry as the place to get your clothes washed if staying in Miami for any length of time and if your hotel does not offer a laundry service. You might even get to meet Fabiola, who is a brilliant ambassador for this company. They are very lucky to have her in their employ.”

“i wanted to give imperial cleaners a huge THANK YOU! they literally performed a miracle on my daughter’s wedding dress. after a year since my daughter was married, she still hadn’t taken the dress to get dry cleaned, so i took it to imperial cleaners. i’ve been going there for years and they’ve always been great but with the severity of the dress, i was concerned there was no hope. the dirt/mud had already set in and to top it off, she put it in a green dry clean bag and left it in her car for months! well, needless to say, the color transferred onto the dress. carolina said she would do all she can to make it look brand new again….3weeks later(which was quick in my opinion) i went to pick up and i almost cried! my daughter’s dress was PERFECT! set in stains of mud & green colors, GONE!! it was a complete and total miracle! and because of that, imperial cleaners will continue to have me as a customer. their service and work is impeccable and their prices are excellent! they truly are superior!”
