He greeted customers with a positive attitude, handled transactions quickly, and made sure everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of.
What stood out most was his willingness to go the extra mile — answering questions, keeping the store area clean, and maintaining a friendly demeanor even during busy moments. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and represents the Chevron brand very well.

“I had been looking for Goldstar beer for over 20 years with no luck I am in cleveland ohio and there was no place to get it in the state, than i foundI Kosher wine warehouse , I called them and spoke with Alana , a very friendly woman , to make a long story short , within 4 days I had 2 cases of it! , I have ordered it from them on 4 separate occasions , always arrives within a few days and very well packaged , not 1 broken bottle , great place to do business with!”

“Didn't know what we wanted. Cashier asked about specific stuff, then pointed us to some rum, vodka, and whiskey that was on special and gave us information on each one. They were all great. This was a gem to find our first night in town.”

“I really like this Trader Joe’s location in Midtown Miami. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of products you don’t usually find at regular supermarkets. Their snacks, frozen foods, and specialty items are some of the best parts of shopping here.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is usually fast even when the store is busy. Prices are also very reasonable considering the quality of the products.
The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded, especially during busy hours, and parking can be a bit frustrating. Some popular items also disappear quickly, so you have to get lucky sometimes.
Overall, it’s one of my favorite places to grab groceries in Midtown. Great products, good prices, and a much better shopping experience than many larger supermarkets.”

However, my recent visit was a completely different experience. The place looks much better, with noticeable improvements in cleanliness and overall ambiance. Customer service has also improved significantly—staff members were friendlier, more attentive, and made the visit far more enjoyable. It's clear that changes have been made for the better, and I appreciate the effort. I’ll definitely consider coming back again.”

She directed us to a bottle of red wine that was fantastically priced from the Caymus family that tastes just as good as the Caymus 50th anniversary bottle but for half the price.
Then, when we were ready to buy a bottle of Veuve Cliquot, she asked us if we wanted to try something that cost a little bit less but tastes better. By then we were hooked so we did what she suggested and it was amazing!
When we come back to Miami, we sure hope she is there!”

This new liquor store is exactly what Bay Harbor needed. The selection is incredible from fine wines and great spirits to unique bottles you don’t usually find anywhere else. Everything is beautifully organized, the vibe is elevated, and the service is exceptional.
The owner is warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what she offers. She always helps you find the perfect bottle, whether it’s for a gift, a dinner, or just something special to enjoy.
