You may think your real estate agent is a professional, but a true professional can turn you into a professional too!I have been struggling to be a good landlord. Property investment is not for everyone. From property maintenance, tenant screening, to all kinds of dealings with handymen, inspections, contractors, insurance; legal matters, HOA, etc... it used to be overwhelming, I agree with most people that property investment is not profitable and too much work!Maggie has changed all of that for me. Not only was she able to help me buy/sell/rent my properties, she helped me navigate all kinds of property complexities and headaches.
