This department store has been in Japan for a long time. I am glad they open a location here at EPCOT. There are so many things to see and purchase. Of course being at EPCOT you know the price will be jacked up. All staff are very nice and professional. It is a nice place to browse when it's hot or rainy, or just to take a shopping break.

Always one of our stops in Epcot. I wish they still had the Sake Bar but there is always something fun and interesting to look at.

This place has a bit of everything. There isn't really theme, it just feels like a random assortment of stuff. Lots of Sanrio and Studio Ghilbi merch. Is it overpriced? Probably. There's also a small grocery section by the checkout section. Got some overpriced Cup Noodles there. If you live by a Miniso, Daiso, or Asian supermarket in general, they probably have the same things except it's more expensive here.

Great place to find Japanese homewares, snacks and drinks as well as some of the famous exports like Pokémon and hello kitty. You will also find the Akoya pearls here, a great souvenir and a lovely experience to round out your "visit to Japan"

Japanese gift shop within Epcot. Prices for Epcot were reasonable considering it's a theme park.

This was our best dining experience ever at Disney. Also, we have had hibachi many times and Shinichi was the best chef we have had. He was warm and friendly. And the food was delicious. Steak and chicken were both great.

cute stuff, only issue is I bought something as a gift and it broke the same day before I can give it to my sister...Went back to exchange it and was told it needed to be in original condition. It's a shame that Disney can charge so much for something that can break so easily and not even been helped or fix the situation.

Mitsukoshi is a renowned department store located in Japan. This location is in Epcot's Japan Pavilion at Walt Disney World Resort. It's one of my favorite stores to stop by within the World Showcase at Epcot. Mitsukoshi has a wide array of authentic Japanese products, ranging from traditional clothing like kimonos and yukatas. It also has crafted ceramics, intricate porcelain dishes, and a selection of bonsai trees. One of the main reasons why my family stops by Mitsukoshi looking for anime themed items. My son was looking for Disney Kingdom Hearts merchandise and my daughter was looking for Pokémon items. I saw a few anime themed items from Kimetsu No Yaiba and Jujutsu Kaisen! While you're visiting Mitsukoshi you may get a chance to experience skilled artisans often demonstrate their craftsmanship in the store, showcasing traditional arts like origami and calligraphy. There is also a pearl section inside the store too! Mitsukoshi also has authentic Japanese snacks and sweets such as delicious Matcha flavored treats to even rice crackers! If you're visiting Disney World for the first time and you have a reservation at Epcot, you should stop by Mitsukoshi! It's slightly expensive, but totally worth it! We easily spend about an hour inside Mitsukoshi every time we visit Epcot!

Visit here if you would like to buy some Japanese-style clothes, snacks, anime postcards, etc. Just looking around is also fun.

This was an unparalleled consumer experience. This is definitely the best gift shop in all of Epcot, and maybe in all of Disney World. Super cool atmosphere, tons of products ranging from swords to plushies, and great staff.

Holy Anime Heaven! If you're a lover of all things Japanese, Anime, Hello Kitty etc this is your spot. I'd been on the hunt for gifts for my kids this entire trip and hadnt found anything I thought they'd truly love until I stopped in here today. It's definitely a very popular location and favorite for many and I can see why. Service was wonderful as well. I not only found one item, but multiple for three of my kids. I'm always on the hunt for more unique souvenirs and today I definitely found some. They offer high end items like collectible statues down to socks and posters. Beautiful clothing items, fans and so much more.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Disney has seriously gone downhill for service, the front desk help is the most incompetent children in existence, we have gone here for years and it's ruined due to the front desk help alone unfortunately.

I love this store. I always get a bunch of things but on July 13,2022 Mayuk charged me twice for a tote bag that was $27. Please check your receipts before you leave the store.
