  I should have read the reviews before going here. I needed an MRI and the appointment was fine, but the aftermath not so much. It's been a month since the appointment and they still have failed to send the results to my primary care. This is one of the most unprofessional places I've ever experienced. It has been A MONTH of sitting in pain and pleading and begging for them to send my results so I can finally move on with my care. And yet, I'm still sitting here in excruciating pain unable to do anything to fix it because these people can't get there heads on straight.

  My appointment is for 315. I get there at 3 o’clock to fill out the paperwork. I go there annually. It was a mammogram. All I have to do is just update the paperwork. I waited 45 minutes for a mammogram.

  This is for John the CEO; hire better techs who respect the time of your customers! I arrived 30 minutes early and waited more than hour, this is just bad business. After waiting more than an hour the tech didn’t like that I was annoyed and said she wouldn’t do the examine. I should have read the reviews before booking this. All for a 10 minute mammogram that I never got!

  They ask you to be 30 minutes early for your appt, which i was. I then waited 30 minutes past my appt. before I was seen. Absolutely no excuse when my mammogram took less than 10 minutes to perform.

  Awful place to go to, the reception area reaped cigarette smoking, I needed a MRI disk and was never given the disk,when you call they have you in the phone forever!!!!

  Receptionist was very nice and helpful. The wait time does only a few minutes. The place was very. The technician was kind and thorough. The radiologist was very fast at reading results within the same day.

  Great place but takes a long time and I want you to show up a half an hour early and then you was waiting there for an hour and a half for your service so it's a very time consuming appointment and waste it of your day when you have an appointment at the tgh images

  This place is horrible, they treat patients badly. After driving 2 hours and due to an accident I was 15 minutes late and my appointment was canceled without warning. I won't go back to this place. And I don't recommend it.

  When to get a cat scan. They generated an incomplete report because the requested old records and I personally brought them a prior cat scan and was told will take one to two days for the final report. Three weeks later after multiple calls and I had to plead with them to update the report. Even the Primary care office, called them several times.I left messages with the manager Candice, at least twice to call me and did not have the decency to do so. I even spoke with two radiologist! My cat scan was abnormal and unfortunately this place just did not care! The customer service is abominable, when I brought the old cat scan to the facility after explaining that the radiologist needs it, I was told by the front desk “so what do you want me to do about it!” The ignorance is amazing and starts at the front desk. The report is incomplete and erroneous and the neglect and delay dangerous. This place is dangerous to your health , stay away.

  Great place for Mamo. MRI’s are loud but that’s to be expected. Mamo tech was amazing. She was very nice and helpful. I will always try to get my Mamo done here
