Had to take my daughter there for imaging. The worst service ever. The women at the front desk were horrible. Rude, condensing, and just plain nasty. I sat and watched how they treated other patients. Especially the elderly. Completely horrible. Refusing to repeat themselves for the hard of hearing, yelling at them to sit down. Many did walk out, but not all had that choice. I would have if my daughter wasn't already in back. I don't know how they were in back, but the front desk employees were just horrible. We'll never go there again.

The staff is both polite and informative. It helps a lot if you make your appointment on line. It’s less paper work to do, once you’re in their system.Please don’t arrive on Mondays always busy, best day is Wed and Thursdays.You do have to wait, therefore bring your I- Pad or cell phone . There is a TV and a restroom. As always you need a doctor’s order. Most docs office will FAX them over to TGH Radiology. They are located on State Rd 54 and Zimmerman Rd.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever experienced. For starters, you cannot make an appointment for a xray which I think is absurd. I checked in and provided my information. Nothing was said about wait time or anything. But it was clear people were waiting an extended amount of time as I saw at least 3 people leave when I arrived because they had been waiting for so long and had other plans or appointments that they needed to attend to. I wish that I would when followed them. I sat there and waited for 2.5 hours for a simple exam. At that point I had enough. I went up to the front and asked for my script back. The front office person seemed bewildered as to why I would be asking for that. I said that I was leaving and wanted my script. She smiled and said “your next”. I asked if next was 5 minutes or 30 minutes and that I have been waiting for now 2.5 hours. 2.5 hours for an xray. She smiled and said that time will depend on what they have before me. Nothing about sorry for the inconvenience or for the long wait time. Not one word about that. The front office staff was rude and had no training in customer service. I will never go here again or will I send other people to this facility or any other TGH facility. I think I would have to be dying to use TGH again. And good thing I wasn’t in desperate need for an xray as I would be dead waiting for an xray.I would recommend that TGH have education and teaching on customer service and how to speak to patients. They should offer appointment times for X-rays. And most importantly they should offer some sort of compassion. None of which was provided today It was a disappointment to say the least. I read reviews and it was spot on. All the negative comments were exactly what I experienced. I would hope that they would try to learn and grow from these comments in order to try and better themselves. Unfortunately I don’t think that is the caseas they only respond to positive comments. It is unfortunate that this place has gone downhill since TGH purchased it.

The first appoint I had was cancelled because the machine was broken. No one called to let me know. I was there for two other tests. One was done and while I was as waiting for the next appointment I got a text saying it was going to be cancelled because they did not have an authorization. I was right there and they did not tell me. I called my doctor and they sent it again so the appointment was completed. They rescheduled my ct appoint that was cancelled because of a broken machine . I called TGH to verify that they had the authorization and was told they did and I would have no problems. Wrong!When I arrived for the appointment that they rescheduled, I was told there was no authorization because it was scheduled wrong. They scheduled it, not me. I was very upset . They did manage to get a new authorization so it was completed, but late. I will not have any tests

I typically try to reserve my reviews for positive comments however our experience was so horrible I decided to share to warn anyone else who may have the option to go somewhere else. I highly recommend you do!!!! I retired from the military after 23 years in the medical profession and have been all over the world.Our appointment was for 1:30 however we were told to arrive 30 minutes early so we showed up at 1. We weren’t checked in until a little after 2. My wife was brought back where she sat again for about another hour waiting for the tech. Now, the entire time nobody said a word. Not even a simple we are very busy and apologize for the wait. All this time the waiting room was completely full with elderly left standing as they wait. I chose to stand the entire time as I refuse to allow anyone older than me to be forced to stand.The staff except for the one lady working the front were very rude. The way they spoke to these elderly had me bite my tongue many times, to the point where I decided to wait outside cause I was super close form causing a scene.The ultrasound clerk was very polite however by the time we got to her we had already been there for 3 hours. All in all she did her job.God forbid you have an emergency or you an emergent issue cause as of today, their earliest appointment is in April. My wife had tried to set this appointment however couldn’t get an appointment until December. They lost my wife’s records from our previous doctor which caused a delay. Then they messed up her birthday which further caused a delay on our service today.All in all this place was the absolute worst place I have ever been as a patient or in my 23 years in the medical profession. If you have the ability to go anywhere else to be seen, I highly recommend you do! If I could give negative stats, i would have given a -5 star rating! We will not be going back to this place ever again. Praying to God everything is okay with my wife’s results so we can establish our care somewhere else!!!When all was done it was after 5pm.

I had to arrive 1/2 hour before my scheduled appointment, yet had to wait 45 minutes to be called. The technician said the receptionist is not checking people in fast enough, this was evident to me as I sat watching them.

TGH Imaging (Hudson) is a VERY busy place, but despite how busy they are, they run a pretty smooth operation and all of the staff I came in touch with, including those just walking by were friendly and upbeat My mammographer was awesome and my ultrasound tech both went above & beyond to assist me. I'm a quadriplegic non transferable and they did what needed to be done to get the job done. Much Thanks to both as this does not happen often ☺️ and I truly appreciate them and their commitment to serve.Love, Peace & Blessings to the whole TGH Imaging crew

Needed emergency x-rays. Doctor sent orders they said they never recieved. Went to doctor and got the paper orders. I then waited over 3 hours in waiting room. They ONLY ACCEPT WALK INS FOR XRAYS.TERRIBLE PATIENT SERVICE. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!

I have never had any issues with TGH on highway 52 everyone has always been very nice excellent service it's clean and every image or MRI that I have had done has always been explained 110% how they were going to do it I have never had any really late delays and if there was a delay it was only a few minutes they are usually always on time getting you in and your procedure done. A lot of stuff can be done online which makes it very convenient and as always if you have a relative who is older and cannot do online information then I would make sure that you take the time and do it for your elders because it is more convenient for you tgh and also will make it quicker to get in

I walk in 1and half hour ago for chest X-ray . Im still waiting! The staff is not nice enough to answer your questions.

It can't get any worse than that. Front desk lady just rude. People waiting very long. Very long. Very long.They are extremely slow.I am surprised they still in business
