I'm very unhappy with the service. I asked for a manicure but all he did was scrape the polish off my nails and said he was done.

Do not let Ti Ti do your nails, the lady that sits at the very end. I always get my natural nails done with acrylic, and I told her I wanted my nails a little short and with new acrylic on top. She approached me while I got my toes done and clipped my nails very short. I told her I didn’t want them that short, and she said I can’t save your natural nails. I’ve been coming here since middle school, and the employees know I never do fake nails. TiTi did not apologize. She walked away angrily when I told her not to worry about my nails. Sarah came and did the service I wanted, so I gave it two stars. Honestly, this used to be a great place.

Worst service ever. #1 tech (man with glasses on) did super thin coat thin/ lumpy watered down polish from empty bottle. Plus he decided to get upset with me for asking for 3 coats (like it’s a problem to service the dark skin female) so he started fussing in Asian of course with his co-employees. #2 he wanted to charge me $5 more for wanting 3 coats of white polish on dark skin—(other places do not charge me) never mind 3 coats. #3 he put the polish on so thin he’s making sure it won’t last 2 weeks. I was hoping this would be a good experience because of the driving distance and how nice the older lady was. But that rude man is too much he ruined it for me. I’m being honest here. I do not like bad services when it’s not necessary and rude people doing my nails. I’m never ever ever going back there. Bad services, pay more, bad quality. Bad!!!
