The property consists of 144 affordable rental apartments compromised of eighteen, 2-story buildings situated on 8.23 acres of land. The property includes a 3,500 square foot structure containing administrative leasing / maintenance functions and day care center. The work scope entailed substantial rehabilitation to all the apartments and amenities to meet all local code requirements as well as Florida Housing Finance Corporation guidelines. Covenant Villas provides energy efficient apartments containing eco friendly flooring, programmable thermostats, energy star rated windows and appliances. Additionally, tenants have access to a “state of the art” washing center within the complex.

Me and my family used to lived in this complex in it was nice living here I really enjoyed living in this apartment complex I'm from Belle Glade florida they came a lot ways with the way they look now

I went to Covenant Villas looking for a place and although they had no vacancies I still left happy because the staff was so nice it was impossible to leave mad.
