Do not take ur pictures here to get printed !!!!I brought my disposable camera to see if they could get the pictures off of them, they said yes it would just take 3 weeks. They gave me a paper and said I needed to bring it in when I pick them up and they said they would call when ready. I never got a call so after 4 weeks I went in. I explained what happen and they tried looking everything was very unorganized and they could’ve cared less about my pictures. They said they don’t know what happen to them or where they went they said they couldn’t do anything about it. So in conclusion don't tale your picture here

Today at 7:55 pm I arrived at this location to pick up daughter antibiotic, I came through the drive thru were the the window was already closed. Upon me coming inside it still was not even 8:00 pm and as I approached the pharmacy counter I over heard the employee Dan arguing with another customer about they close at 8 and come back tomorrow. While still asking him all his information to the prescription he is trying to pick up, knowing he was never going to give it to him. To me it looked like Dan was trying to drag the clock to 8 pm, even though the lady behind the counter was willing to help us both. When I interrupted them to let Dan know it's not 8 o'clock yet, he stood up and got ruder. I tried pleading with him and explaining to him that i have a sick child that was discharged late from the hospitial and I need her medicine. Upon him standing I noticed his face looked like he was under the influence of some type of drug which made me concerned for his well being. So I started to ask him was he okay, he rudely let the gate down and told me he does not have to talk to me and left me standing there without my daughters medicine. The lady behind the counter looked just as shocked as we were. Dan's behavior made me feel like this type of behavior he displayed has gone unnoticed for so long, that he is comfortable with treating people this way. No company I know closes at directly the closing time, but just to see how rude Dan was to me and the other customer I felt racially profile due to the location of this store. Dan made me feel like because the color of my skin my needs for my sick child prescription did not matter. I thought CVS was in the business of helping others, and saving life's but because of Dan I will be switching my daughter pharmacy to Walgreens. Taking 2 last customer before 8 should not have been this big of a deal since the prescription was already filled, (especially when the lady behind the counter was ready and willing to assist us)but due to Dan customer service skills, lack of respects, racial profiling, and obviously coming to work under the influence this has completely ruined my experience for this location. Please approach with caution.

Bad experience refuse to gave medication at 7:50 pm .Always say they close when is not time to close yet.they just under talking to make hour instead of gave customer their medicine.

The CVS Belle Glade pharmacy has really decline with no improvement in sight with service. They are just rude on most days. Plus, they are too slow. I'm not going to say under staffed with 4 people back there come on. They now completely close for lunch and open at 9am like a bank. Do not use the drive up window even when they happen to have it open unless you have a full tank of gas and time to wait, and at the counter no better. I only went to cvs because of my insurance but I changed it so best wishes CVS.

After waiting in line for over 30 minutes the pharmacist Sarah, sent me away saying “the prescription had no signature from the doctor”. After speaking with the doctor and seeing the prescribers signature on the prescription. I returned back to CVS speaking with the pharmacist (Sarah) she was rude. She Continued to make up reason that the prescription wasn’t right. Nevertheless, spoke with the CVS pharmacy manager after over 35 minutes on hold and hung up on the first time. I called back on the second call and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. While on hold, a call from the office manager who apologized for the behavior of Sarah and was told the prescription would be ready in an hour order.This is the exact same thing that took place last month with filling a prescription. This is a sign of of them not doing their jobs. This CVS has the poorest customers service ever and corporate needs to address customers concerns.
