Unloading is often super fast, though wait times to get loaded can vary and sometimes take longer. There is lots of space for backing and parking while waiting. The warehouse can be not too busy and empty in the morning. It offers clean restrooms and is within a short walk to a Mexican restaurant and a dollar store. Night parking is not allowed.
