My appointment was scheduled for 9:50 a.m. I checked in promptly and opted for a text notification instead of waiting in the lobby. After parking my car in a different spot, I returned to the waiting area at 10:00 a.m., even though I hadn't received a text. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting for 2.5 hours without being seen. The only staff member present was the one drawing blood, and I informed her about my prolonged wait while noticing that others who arrived after me were being called in first. I understand there was only one person assisting everyone, but a 2.5-hour wait with an appointment is unacceptable. It's also concerning that only one person was working. This experience was very unprofessional. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because the person who finally drew my blood did a good job and didn’t bruise me, unlike my previous visit. However, the wait time was ridiculous.

I am very pleased with the service I receive each time I get blood work at the Belle Glade 33430 site. I go there twice monthly and on occasions more than twice. I was there on one occasion when my blood pressure was too low. The quick action of Ms. Tywanda Gilyard and Lia actual saved my life. I am forever grateful for their quick thinking and qualified expertise where they could see that I was in need of help. I actual blacked out on Ms. Gilyard. They are always courteous, polite and professional.

Horrible experience! they hurt my baby so much, she was moving the needle inside of her side to side trying get the blood to come out. her hand turned purpled right away. the pain my 1 year old experienced was traumatizing for her ! then she had the audacity to say that she wasn't sure and called another lady to handle it instead. If you are not confident then why are you doing this job!! im so angry! I told her 3 times to take the needle out and she didnt want to.!!! so unprofessional .

These phlebotomists are the best! I’ve been going there for a few years now. If you make an appointment you are ushered right in. The technicians have always been beyond kind, gentle and compassionate with me. I can’t say enough about Leah and the other ladies. Make an appointment ahead of time and show kindness in turn.

The staff at this location is rude, She had the nastiest attitude but tried to say she was helping me. I guess this is their culture behavior but their behavior was very unexplainable. Whatever negative was said in these reviews about the staff at this location believe it.

Went to have labs drawn and return a specimen. Liyah, attached a butterfly to a needle holder, put the needle holder in her pocket and proceeded to stick me (draw blood). Walked away as to get the tubes and the butterfly came out of my hand.Blood splashed, vain blew. Had to be stuck twice. Anyone drawing blood have their tubes before the bld draw. Her intentions are never good. Never Gain!!!

If you make an appointment online, you will be called right back, which is what I did. The nurse drawing blood did an amazing job with my daughter, and was very polite. The only issue that I have is that is has been over 3 weeks and the doctor still does not have my results and getting someone on the phone in the office is just impossible.

The nurse there was extremely rude. I have a deadline for a drug screening for a job and there were no appointments available before then. So I went as a walk in and the computer told me there was a 25 min wait time. The nurse comes out and rudely asks if I had an appointment, to which I explained my situation. One of the nurses who works there, has no professionalism, we are dealing with people's health, the manager should have more organization, what happened to me today, just for asking what time would they treat my son, the nurse told me that I leave, that my son would not be cared for, I will never bring anyone from my family to that place again, and I will publish it in all my social reds .

Getting your blood drawn is never a good thing for sure! But the staff at Quest Diagnostics in Belle Glade make it tolerable. Their friendly, positive atmosphere really helps calm your nerves. Every person who has ever drawn blood from me has treated me with respect and has gone above and beyond to help. Just recently I had questions about my blood work orders and the attendant tried her best to help me understand what was going on in terms of my orders. We still weren't 100% sure of why I could not get the actual paper copies of what was being ordered, but she allowed me the time to call my doctor's office and ask the necessary questions. I am sure everything will work out and in the meantime, I am always grateful for people who are willing to be kind, patient and helpful going above and beyond. Truly God sent.

Had a pleasant experience at this Quest location. As soon as I checked in at the kiosk not even a minute later I was being called in. The phlebotomist was so nice and friendly. She explained what copays I had and made sure I was okay when drawing my blood as needles make me a little squeamish. Great staff! ??
