I went to rainbow to pay on my layaway 11/11/24 . I have a skin disorder so I always wear my jacket. I go in the lady with the glasses says hello. So I am walking around . Now my mind you I always have a problem with this particular person . So I made sure I recorded it. So I’m walking around I see her watching me only.Good that’s her job. So I am looking at flower bloom perfume and bras. She ringing up a customer who has a blue shirt black pants and blue tennis shoes. While I’m there she says “ yes we can watch everything in the store and see who is stealing “ . So she was so busy watching me she did not take the alarm off the lady brown shorts because when she left the front went off. She apologized for leaving the sensor on. She was so concerned about watching me. So she rings me up. I leave with my items that came to 45.97. I go to leave the sensor went off. I came back to the register. She goes thru my bag and finds the sensor on my grey turtleneck that was 7.99 she left . No apologies then says “ I’ll follow you to make sure it doesn’t go off at again” I video taped everything. It’s not good to prejudge customers that is exactly what she did because I had a jacket on. Everyone do not steal. This is the second time this particular employee did me like this. I do have everything on video. I do not have this problem with any other employee except her. If it happens again I will post my video on social media and tag rainbow.

It was good but I feel like the store should get more smaller sizes because I couldn’t really find anything to fit me also clothes good I’m going to the store today also
