While we were in Clewiston, FL I had a personal check i wanted to cash because of running low on funds while we were waiting for power to come back on in Wachula where we live but we left to avoid Hurricane Ian. I called the Wells Fargo Branch 561-996-4441at 41 SW Ave B, Belle Glade, FL 33430 and told the Girl that answered the phone my situation and she said to come in and they would look at the NFCU check account info to see if it had the funds and if could be cashed. So we drove 30min to get there and once i arrived and ask a associate that was at a desk because the line was out to the door and she told me they couldn't cash the check and then we had a discussion as to why i received the wrong information and it comes down to improper Training. It seems like during a Natural Disaster People would Help but not Wells Fargo!!!!

Horrible service. I had an appointment with a banker at 9 am. The branch was not open, nor did they answer the phone when I attempted to call. I had to wait over 30 minutes, for an appointment that they confirmed with me via email. I will not be banking here after this, I will take my business elsewhere.
