The local store provides excellent service. However, their repair service, which goes through a foreign country call center, is the WORST!! I had a pool heater service appointment set up a week ago. A repair specialist was supposed to be here today between 8 and 12. No one showed. At 12:15 I called to find out what was happening. I was told the appointment had been CANCELLED! No one bothered to notify me! I will never use Leslie’s for service again.

I’ve had a fortune of having this as the closest pool store to my house. The store is large, always well organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And has always steered me right regarding supplies that are needed to buy versus supplies that some may want people to sell just to make money. They got a loyal customer in me and I’ll always be back.

I called and spoke with Steven over the phone I had question about my led pool light I wanted to get replaced and he was being very unprofessional having an attitude letting me know that he can not give me a price right now because he is too busy, while I’m on the phone I’m also in front of my computer on the website informing him of the research I already did while on the phone and he was just not willing to help me at all in any way once I told him he was being unprofessional he responds with I can’t do anything about it I’m too busy right now and hangs up the phone

We’ve always had good experience here. I recently went into the store about a week ago to find some goggles to swim with and protect my eyes And Nolan came up to assist me and help me. He was more than helpful in assisting me with finding the right pair and also with purchasing a new float. I am super happy with it and Nolan went above and beyond to help me and loaded it in my car. I asked if he had any coupons under our account and he mentioned about the 15% off total purchase and I was within the timeframe, but allowed me to use it even though I didn’t have the coupon. I appreciated that. I appreciated his personal assistance. Thank you for everything, Nolan!!!

Great service from every employee! The GM is super helpful. I recently came in to get a replacement locking kit for my Hayward cartridge filter top, and the GM showed me exactly how to install it, and walked me through using a display model as a guide. Thanks for the help!

Do not go ther .For 2 months I come to them with problem "green pool " .They give me a lot of supplies and followed advice, spend a lot of money ,did water test every week , NATHING HELP ,my pool still green. I used different company, for less $30 my pool is nice and cleared in two days. Waist of time and money .

Called and Spoke to Steve about upgrading my above ground pool pump. He said it was a great idea to upgrade from what it came with and told me when to come in to speak to him. I went in and Steve was with a male customer, I was the only other customer in the store other than that man at that time. (With my son in law and my seven year old) I waited behind the other male customer for a little while my son and son in law looked around the store. Finally after at least 10 min of them talking I decided to walk around the store as well and wait for him to be done with that customer. He knew I had been standing in line. He knew I was next. Finally about about 15 min of them talking about random things (not even pool related) the male customer started to leave. As he was leaving another male customer walked in the door and Steve went immediately to the male customer that just walked in completely ignoring me. I decided to just go ahead and leave. As I was at the door, he yelled did you need help. I said not anymore as you skipped right over me. How rude!!! Horrible customer service! I wasn’t 25-30 min of my time.

Do Not Order Anything Online from Leslie!!The one star is for Leslie's Online Ordering and Corporate customer service- not the local store. Customer service at the corporate level is about as bad as it gets. Every time I have visited a local store, the customer service has been great but due to the horrific customer service at the corporate level, I will never shop at Leslie again. I ordered a heater online and even called to check on shipping lead times and was assured it would ship out within 1-2 days and arrive at the local store in 7-9 days. After 12 days I called customer service to see where my heater was and was told that I had to call the shipping company and find out what was going on and that it isn't Leslie's issue. I explained that I didn't order it from the shipping company nor did I chose the shipping company. I order from Leslie and it is their responsibility to ensure it is delivered to the local store. I asked customer service to escalate my issue or give me another number to call to resolve my issue. After 6 calls to customer service the outcome was as follows: 1) I was told there is no one else I can call, 2) the agent I was talking to would not/could not escalate my issue and 3) it was my issue and I needed to track it down with the shipping company. After over 10 calls to the shipping company, I was able to track my heater to their warehouse in my city. I called the local store to see if I could pick it up from the shipping company since it had been sitting there for over a week. Luckily the district manager got involved. The local store and DM were great and really tried to resolve the issue and eventually had to order another heater due to issues with the shipping company. 49 days after ordering, I received a call that a heater had been delivered to the store. At a local level Leslie employees still provide great customer service which is why I ordered through them instead of ordering through a cheaper company. At the corporate level Leslie has farmed out their customer service overseas and have it set up so you can't escalate an issue. I still can't believe that customer service told me it was my problem and to track it down with the shipping company and refused to do anything else.Unfortunately, despite the great customer service at the local level, this issue has proven to me that at the corporate level Leslie simply does not value their customers and I will not be doing business with Leslie in the future. (Sorry Jeff and Steve- you guys were great but unfortunately your company doesn't value its customers the way you do.)
