The service is super terrible, to start with there is an old man behind the counter and I told him good afternoon and he didn't even answer me, I told him that I needed to check my battery and he took a scanner that he didn't know how to work with and went into the store to ask his colleague for help... finally my battery was bad and when I went in to buy a new battery I asked the man again and very reluctantly he looked at the computer screen and told me he only had this battery and didn't give me any more options... very bad work and very reluctantly, I left there immediately and bought my battery somewhere else that would know how to treat a customer... if it were up to me I would give it less than one star, but I can only give one.

The first time I went to this location, which was around a month ago, I was created by a very professional & helpful person. In our conversation, he mentioned he was going to be relocating.
This week I went back to obtain an item. I walked into the store. There were two people standing behind the counter. Neither person acknowledged me. I stood patiently waiting since I needed to ask where I could find the item. Nothing. I waited close to the counter and even cleared my throat, still nothing. I finally had to leave the store and go to the competitor up the street. There I was greeted by two workers who were more than happy to help me.

The staff were prompt and helpful, and their coverage really helps since they were able to order the part I needed to their sister location on Goldenrod. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

This O'Reilly employs some of the nicest, most helpful people. I always leave with a smile on my face because of the service. I drive an extra few miles to come to this location instead of the Autozone a half mile from my house.

Call to rectify my brake discs, a service they offer is always damaged, the machine can never do that service, please can anyone go see what's going on, that machine?
