It was a very very frustrating experience. We waited at the airport for 35 minutes to get a ride to get our vehicle. We then waited 20 to get help at the counter. Well, then we were told that our Progressive insurance was not good enought and we had to purchase their insurance. Scam!!!

The front desk team was professional and knowledgeable. Easy shuttle easy paperwork and very informative regarding tolls fuel insurance etc. Definitely would rent from them in the future I highly recommend them.
