Unprofessional ! Lack of communication completely. You are told one price at the beginning and then are billed for a whole other price. I’m still waiting on the call back because I honestly don’t think we should’ve paid 2k for your service when for the most part your guy was standing thinking what we should do. Rather than say fake review why not call your customers back and resolve it?

If I could give these crooks a 0 I would. They stole my car from the guest parking in my subdivision. My license had expired less than 30 days. I was out of town for a funeral and was planning to get my sticker the day it was stolen. The police called them and they denied asking me for my registration. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I waited for over an hour and threatened to call the police if they didn’t come. When the crook got there he asked for my registration and a cash payment of $135 which he put in his pocket. Only unauthorized vehicles can be towed in a private parking where I live. This is how these crooks make their money. The entire company needs to be shut down. Look at the other reviews they all say the same thing about these crooks. Never used these people Ever!

This place is a scam !! My car was stolen. Found the car and they would not tow it back to my house . I had a hold on my registration finally got that lifted . In the mean time they put a lien on my car making me pay more then the original price they told me . We waited 2 and half hours for someone to finally show up to let us in to get my car . I gave them the cash and they had charged me more than what they said . I fought that . Went to leave and the battery was dead !! The guy knew nothing about the lien or why it was dead ! I was forced to tow my car to this scam of a place and I will never recommend them to anyone !!! Crappy place snd they don’t know anything !!!!!!

Don't ever work for this company, they skim money out of your paychecks. My husband worked for them twice and both times he had the same issue with his paycheck being short. The 2nd time working for the company he brought it to upper management's attention that his paychecks were being shorted $200-$300 dollars and after making a fuss and going to upper management about it they turned around and fired him. He had 3 other drivers that he knew quit for that reason but he didn't want to quit he wanted the issue resolved and in turn they fired him when he brought it to their attention. This company is very unprofessional and they are thieves. How do you steal from your own employees? It's a shame and very disgusting! I personally know the family and so does my husband and we've worked for his father and sister in his father's repo company and they NEVER EVER stole from their employees and I personally worked with his father for over 3 years and he treated me great and NEVER stole from my paycheck. It's an embarrassment that his son Anthony (the owner) of Towlando is stealing from employees!!! In my eyes it's a disgrace to your family! Make your money legit, STOP stealing from your employees!!!!
No Anthony not wrong on my end. I have proof of money being Zelle'd to my joint account with my husband because he was shorted and I have screenshots of towbooks with his hours and loads worked and him being shorted on payroll. I also have recorded conversations with Alvin and Robbie during a meeting that his payroll was being shorted. Yes he came to work for your company almost a year later because Alvin assured him things had changed but apparently not!!! I am reaching out to Osha today as well to make sure your company did not use his CDL license this weekend like he was out there for Hurricane Helene working when he WAS NOT since Robbie all of a sudden asked him for a copy of his drivers license when he said no to going to Tallahassee for $300 a day when we all know OSHA pays ways more. Stepps pay their drivers $500 a day and all other companies pay more to regular tow truck drivers for disasters but what, your company pays your CDL drivers $300 for disasters and you pocket the rest???? Not to worry I am calling a lawyer, Osha, BBB and anyone else I can report your thieving company too. STOP STEALING FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!

We were definitely in a bind with our Cybertruck, but Towlando was on the scene immediately. Osvaldo showed up was very courteous and professional, and loaded our vehicle with extreme care. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.

Very rude misleading and scammers. They towed my car out of my house where me and our neighbors always park, they claimed they have a binding contract no one had to call them in, they just came and took the car, later at the pick up their system did not work to pay with card and they demanded cash, i had cash but they dont have a change. Then the dispatcher Eric hung up on me while i was demanding for my change , called back a few times, all of my calls have been ignored. Very rude and unprofessional! I will be taking it to further authorities

They lifted the car while I was helping a lady carry her suitcases home, super aggressive and rude when dealing with people, they asked for cash and did not give a receipt, do not hire them, they are scammers

I was helping a mother move their luggages to the house and the guy with this company and truck lifted my car and continue saying that its going to cost 75$ to put down, I explained and he was aggressive and rude he told us that they dont accept cash, it was in RAMA DR and told us that is going to send receipts on phone, thing that never happened, hope this doesn't happen to anybody the guy was super rude

Absolutely amazing!!! My Avis rental caught a nail in the tire. This company went to the Avis at OIA, picked up my replacement and brought it to me!! Took the other one to Avis. All this in less than 3 hours!!! Highly recommend this company!!! Driver was polite and professional!!!

Omari was a Godsend. We had a flat tire on a rental moving truck with no spare, in the pouring rain,over 1000 miles from our destination. He went above and beyond on so many levels blessing this mom and her two kids with help. He has such a kind spirit and it shines!

We had a great experience!! The driveshaft on our RV broke on the interstate at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. We called at least 6 places prior to Towlando whom either couldn't or just wouldn't help out. The office got the vehicle info, said we got you & had a driver, Robert, on the road to us within 10 minutes. Hookup was quick & the RV was brought home, 40 miles away, in no time. Cannot stress the professionalism & willingness to help from everyone involved.
