I should’ve stopped banking with BOA a long time ago. I’m a loyal customer of 20+ years.. I was trying to get a wire transfer done for an escrow the app wasn’t working. I called and could not get through so I went in to meet with them. I sat there for over 30 mins without being helped. Apparently they expected me to wait an 1.5 hr without any help. I might lose my house now due to them. I took off over an hour of work and wasted my time waiting for them when I could’ve gone elsewhere if they were too busy to see me but no one even bothered to check in or update me. I had to literally wave a banker down to figure out what was going on and they said they were too busy to help me after I had already been sitting there for over 30 mins. They need to be more communicative and courteous to customers. This was unacceptable!!

I will never go to this location ever again. They have no respect for customers personal time. They always seem short on staff I'm guessing to save them money not us ! I was greeted very unfriendly and will never recommend anyone to go to this location for good service. Surprisingly this Branch hasn't been closed for lack of respect for its customers.

"Christopher Speed" delayed my business loan application past my due date, resulting in the inability to get accepted in time to purchase a 1.5 million dollar business. I had enough capital to put 30% down, several potential liens, great credit score, cosigner, and a proven track record of 10 years leading success within this specific industry I was applying within. Several appraisers evaluated the business at a much higher valuation than the purchase price agreement had settled upon. It was a phenomenal deal. I originally had asked for a list of all the required documents. I fulfilled ALL of them. He then additionally asked for more documents. I provided them. He continued to try to find anyway possible to delay the process while not replying to me for a week or more at a time... It took me 5 months of navigating around absolute BS to end up nowhere. CHRIS WAS AWFUL. The most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I honestly felt that he may have even been racist, just to be honest... Very sad situation. Upper management needs to get more involved with this individual.

Customer service was very professional & helpful. I do miss the bench to sit on while waiting in the teller line. Wait times vary due to customers ahead of you. Due to auto banking there aren’t many people staffed at any local banks anymore. But all in all this is an excellent bank.

My father is a 79 yo heart patient with Parkinson's who granted my brother & I power of attorney responsibility/authority to manage his financial affairs, in particular as they relate to a still ongoing neglect & likely criminal fraud case involving the assisted living facility he resides at. I went to this location to set up our power of attorney in order to monitor and manage the situation on the fiscal end, the first step being to withhold rent.A "relationship banker" working for this branch, Robert Burke, refused to accept Dad's POA instrument, yet would not put his rejection in writing. Nor would he follow banking regs/ Bank of America procedures, instead he took it upon himself to reject our POA outright rather than sending it to the bank's legal team for review.If you have a family member needing assistance in managing their affairs, in particularly if they are elderly or ill, you will probably do better if you looked for another institution or & location. And will certainly do better than this particular "banker".

Shorter hours mean longer lines . I don't recommend attempting inside banking before 11:00. Otherwise great. I've done business with them for more than 20 years with no regrets.As I said, no regrets. My experience with this branch have always been five star. They have always been professional and courteous, and helped me sort a bit of business that needed sorting.BOFA inherited me through a long line of successors over about fifty years. Never had a problem.

Your bank employees seem to not be sent to be bothered and fail to provide correct information.I wish I would remember the name of the woman that wanted nothing to do with my Ukrainian friend who is a refugee due to war. She was zero help and made us feel unwelcomed to say the least

Impossible bank! No chance to initiate a wire without a one to two hour waiting time. No appointments possible for same day, come back tomorrow. Ridiculus!

On Feb. 24, 2022, we went to this branch to access our safe deposit box. We arrived at 205p and got out at 320p…. RIDICULOUS!!!! We were greeted at the door and told to take a seat.We waited & waited & waited. Finally , Clement came and opened our box. He apologized for the long wait & said when finished ring bell. We were in the safe deposit box less than 15 min. We rang the bell… no one came. We waited 10 min then rang the bell again.. no one came. I went out to the lobby and got the attention of Clement ( who was working with another couple) I waved my arms & told him we were waiting 20 minutes. THIS IS JUST TO PUT THE BOX AWAY and leave. Clement did come back in 5 minutes. He did apologize again & explained short staffed & he hadn’t had lunch that day. There was a line to the door the whole time we were there… saw only one teller. Again…. RIDICULOUS! Making elderly people stand 20 minutes or more in line to talk to a teller. Another joke of your branch is no one answers the phone…we called to see if we needed an appointment to access our safe deposit box…. NO ANSWER, NO RECORDING, NO CHANCE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE… again, RIDICULOUS! There has to be a better procedure put in place for patrons wanting to access their safe deposit box. The access & locking should take no more than 10 minutes. Again, we were there 1 hour 20 min. I would give a 0 rating but not an option. BOA needs to look at their hiring & pay rates to assure their customers needs are met in a timely manner with proper staffing! HIGHLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. BTW, why should we consider changing banks when BOA needs to make the changes necessary to serve its customers properly & in a timely manner????????

Do not go to this bank! I went to go cash a cashier check that was drawn from there location and they treated me like I it was counterfeit and I was a criminal. I found out they did the same thing from the individual that purchased the cashier check. They have bad attitudes and need better management. I think all of Bank of America's should close down. Last time I walk into one.
