We bought a boat through them (closed today) starting with Alex who we met at a boat show. He articulated the process and met every expectation. We worked with Kathryn and Sofia during the closing pore was who were also amazing. Organized, great communications and efficient in processing the paperwork. This was a very positive experience and everyone we encountered was helpful, friendly and informative. Great great group of professionals!

Julia Cassavant is the most knowledgeable and has the best personality of any bank employee I have ever dealt with.!!! I moved some accounts from Wells Fargo where I have been with since 1977.The staff she has assembled are the best.

I have been a customer of Bay First for nearly a year and have found it is a fantastic bank starting with the people. Products vary and they offer loans so as a Realtor I am excited to work with a client using BayFirst products. I also love the events they have for their clients. I give them a 10 out of 5 stars!

Last week I called Julia Casavant at BayFirst. I hung up without leaving a message. Unbelievably, five minutes later Julia returns my call. She asks how she can help me. I said i wanted overdraft protection. I promised to stop by her office at noon the next day. I was 30 minutes late. When I arrived, Julia had completed all the necessary forms. All I had to do was sign my name. Plus, even though Julia had lunch plans that day, she delayed her lunch until I arrived. At BayFirst, I am treated like a millionaire -even though i am not.

I love this bank! They literally sent me $250 to my account for a promotion they were having. Also, everyone is so lovely and always takes care of what I need promptly!
