Terrible customer service. No idea what the woman's name is, I was too busy being treated very unfairly and spoken to like I was an inferior person.. this person has no business treating people so badly and it's really an awful thing when you look at how long UPS has been in business. This experience will be shared throughout my network and amongst my colleagues. Sad!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I recently experienced with UPS. As a long-time customer, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and support.
On April 28 at 830am I attempted to return an Amazon package and in the process I was insulted by the person on staff. She was unhelpful. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful and condescending. I think it’s a disgrace and frankly, she should be ashamed of herself she should apologize for her behavior. Its completely unprofessional.
I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to improve your customer service process. I also expect an update regarding my specific case and an explanation of how UPS intends to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

This store has a very easy self-serve station to return Amazon packages, and it's been clean and well stocked even though this store always has very high traffic. Also, employees here are always friendly and very helpful, even though I've seen customers act in an abrasive manner.

Always a friendly and helpful staff. They do everything they can to make sure everyone is helped in a timely manner. I always receive the best service each time I walk in even when I'm the one running late to drop off a package they go out of their way to still help out before they close. 10/10 service

As a former UPS Regional Mgr I’m pleased to experience the people and service at this UPS Store. I have used this location several times and found the ladies to be helpful and efficient. It’s too bad having Amazon as our customer has destroyed my UPS stock!

Horrible customer service. Came in Monday 1/27 to return some amazon orders. The man behinds the desk was rude and was not willing to even offer to help since I was having a hard time. Just completely ignored me. I walked out and went to a different place in all and received perfect customer service and got the little bit of help that was needed.

I always go here for all of my shipping needs. They will print the label from my phone, if my printer is down. I always have good luck at this store. Thank you for taking care of my needs.
