One of the better Walgreens pharmacies in Pinellas County.
FYI, the local pharmacy does not control their software, so this judgement is based on knowing how the system works and this location's typical staffs' knowledge of such. If you are Karen or Klint, no, they may not give you a five-star experience.

Was walking around looking for a cashier for several minutes, finally walking outside to look there. The cashier was talking to somebody at their car outside, and told me that somebody else inside would cash me out “at the photo department”. Nobody was at the photo department, and after another 5-10 minutes a manager or somebody taking trash out happened to walk by and let me check out. And after complaining all she had to say was “there’s a cashier in the store somewhere”. You mean the one outside?

Normally good, but I went there to pick up a prescription, they couldn’t find it, took no responsibility, I asked if they could call another store, and they said that they could, but they close in three minutes, so there’s nothing they could do.
How about staying an extra few minutes to fix your mistake!!! I will never come back!!!

I was very disappointed with my visit. I am new to the area and I am sorry to say I will not go back to this store (103 Indian Rocks). I was looking for a certain item that was online priced differently than it was in the store. Understandable, I can buy it online (while I'm actually in the store, mind you there's a $3 difference. It's kind of a thing these days) for purchase for pickup but there's a minimum of $10. However, I'm in the store. Currently. There is no reason the manager should not give me $3 off to appease me. She did not care about her job. She did not care about her appearance. She did not care about my opinion at all and quite frankly I want the Walgreens company to know that I have been so disenfranchised that I won't probably frequent a Walgreens ever again. I'm not sure who this manager was if she was a needed manager but she was unaccommodating at best. She told me if I left the money on the counter and walked out however the store manager or whoever was in charge by the photo department. She was obviously very unhappy with her position and her job and did not care one bit about my concern. The way the transaction was handled left me with a very very bad taste and I am a local. I live three blocks away. This is completely asinine.

The pharmacy staff is completely apathetic. They don't care at all. I've had prescriptions sent in that would stay in the queue and wouldn’t be filled unless I called. I've also had prescriptions sent in when they said they weren't ready to be refilled, even though they were. The staff's indifference is evident, and they just don’t care.

I was so delighted with the service I received from Makenna and Kenzie! They were very polite and patient, and helped me find the GoldBond cream I was looking for. It's so rare to find such thoughtful service these days. I'll definitely be coming back.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Delays in refills, argumentative pharmacy manager, mix ups with my prescriptions. I can't tell if it's just this Walgreens store or all Walgreens in this area. Either way, stay away from this Walgreens for your prescriptions.
