I believe this is the worst auto part in belleview I we to return a part the I bought there like a week a go because I lost the recipe and they don't found me in the computer they don't reimburse me my money back when is something the I don't need and I used to send my guys to buy everything there I will not go there any more now every body go to O'Reilly or auto zone

After purchasing parts for my truck, I was on my way home when I received a phone call on my cell phone. The manager asked me if my truck was white because someone with a white truck hit a car in the parking lot. I told him no my truck is charcoal grey, and that was it. He didn't accuse me or push the issue, but I assume that he got my number from the rewards program. That's not what I signed up for, if it's company policy to use my personal info for any reason they want, then I'm going elsewhere.

Purchased a battery one month ago, have all receipts and documentation, when I brought to the mechanic in the shop, it was throwing 220 V.
I was underpowered left me stranded four times over last weekend, shop charged it for me ona. Trickle charger got me going and fix one other thing on my vehicle, instructed me to bring the battery and spot it out under warranty as I should’ve been able to do. The store refused because they said their test were showing. It was good now. BECAUSE WE CHARGED THE BATTERY TO BE ABLE TO GET ME THERE!!
The guys who work here try to be a nice about it, but your policy is junk!!! You just lost the business at about 40 vehicles for our companies fleet.

Many auto parts stores have very much the same thing just different brand. This Advanced Auto has something no other place has…they have an Issac! This guy is literally amazing!!! I don’t care if you even need auto parts…you have to go just to meet this guy and you can thank me later. Also they take used oil and change your battery for you. But mostly just go to meet Issac and tell him thanks for being an awesome dude in a world lacking real good people.
