If you're looking for a great urgent care clinic for your fur baby you can arrive at the Belleview vet before 10am without an appointment as a walk-in ! I was so blessed that Jen the receptionist was so informative and caring for my Smalls when I arrived, she showed great compassion for his condition. I waited for about an hour and a half before being called from my car to bring smalls in, their waiting room is small so they have you wait comfortably in your car and call when they're ready. When I went in Diamond was so sweet and explained to me what the next step was after the Vet looked at my boy and she would call me back in to go over the estimate. I was given the estimate and everything was explained in great detail by Diamond, you have to sign and agree to the estimate before they're able to proceed with treatment. I signed and let them take my boy into their hands. Brittany I believe she is a vet tech is AMAZING!! emphasis on amazing, she not only called and spoke to me on the phone with updates but knew somehow that I was worried about my boy and sent me a cute photo via text message reassuring me that he was okay. My boy stayed overnight and I picked him up the next day at no charge. I paid for the treatment and was so so happy with the services rendered at this Veterinary clinic. Again Jen, Diamond & Brittany are rockstars and I am truly appreciative of their hard work and compassion.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with this business. They are stuck in 2020 with Covid procedures. They are insensitive to their customers needs and completely inflexible in their procedures regarding this issue. Employees seemed unconcerned with the discomfort the patient was in and more interested in personal conversations. Absolutely no regard for elderly owners who need assistance Will be finding a new Vet office immediately! ***The reason you can't find me in your records is because I was with my elderly father who cannot hear and you REFUSED to allow me in to help him with making decisions and I was the one paying the bill. You people are uncaring, insensitive and following stupid procedures like one person with the pet because of covid is utterly ridiculous! We've already changed vets and tell everyone we can about how you treat people.

I have a 9 week old puppy with a cough. They came in on a Sunday to treat our litter. Brittany has been especially amazing and responsive. Dr. Cara was very kind and informative. This was the second time they have accommodated us in am emergency. Very grateful for their help!

I have taken my pups to Belleview Vet for years. Through regular annual care to a major surgery, Belleview Vet has been amazing. Dr. Cara is knowledgeable and skilled. She wants your pet to be as healthy as possible. The staff is so kind and loving to the patient. I highly recommend Belleview Veterinary.

We had an emergency c section and then had to go back because she pulled out her staples. The staff was super good, Dr Cara was so nice to us and took care of all of the puppies and momma so good

You schedule an appointment thinking you get a vet to come in and see you oh no they send techs in and they are rude. They love to treat and take your money before they tell you how much it is. You have to sit in your car and wait for hours once you check your sick animal in like we are in Covid again, It’s a rat raise in the back and they tend to make you think they care but they don’t just want your money….. way over priced I will look for another Vet

Urgent care visit for 12+yr old labradoodle- called at 1pm, they worked him in at 2pm and we were out by 2:50pm with treatment for dental infection and dental care needs & scheduled dental services in 1 weeks!! - busy practice - great staff, great VET - Dr Kara today- affordable rates for fur babies! Great experience- thank you for attention to infection control - ❤️❤️?

Saw a Dr Kara. Told her my dog was having ear problems and couldn’t hear. Said to clean them and they looked fine. Took my baby to Marion animal hospital Dr looked in her ears with a scope ( instead of lifting up and looking and saying looks good just need cleaning) Marian Dr said she had a severe really bad ear infections. I go back in 4 weeks to see how they are. After THEY cleaned them said her ear drums were very red and inflamed they applied an antibiotic that lasts a month . So moral of this review is you really get cheap vet care at BELLEVIEW. So I guess you really do pay for what you get. Won’t be back. Not my first dog I didn’t receive good care with so my bad.

After moving from out of state, I was recommended to this veterinarian. I have 4 cats. My babies do fine with a vet visit if I’m in the room. First red flag, only temp and weight done with me. They hauled my babies to the back. 15 minutes later returned. They could not perform the exam, and recommended I leave them over night to be sedated. I reluctantly agreed. After the week I was advised it would take for the results, and no follow up call I called them. Was belittled told I was given a call 2 days prior. Well, they had the wrong number. Ok honest mistake, I give them the correct number. Make an appoint for one of the cats as they needed follow up. Again can’t do the treatment because I can’t be in the room. 3 weeks later I get a call from them about a pet that is not mine. I advise….advise again of who this number belongs to. Decide I need another vet that performs exam in room. Call for refill of meds, and to retrieve all of my records for the 4 babies. Advise we need to find someone new and why. Arrive 2 days later and the meds are ready, but no records. Did not have time to wait advise I would return. When I returned a week later records still not ready, then they give me the records, and it’s only what they have done. I advised I needed all of the records for all 4 babies not just the 2 that were seen. After waiting 45 minutes, they come back and say they don’t have them. I was flabbergasted. Then I look at what they gave me, and the phone number is still WRONG!! The manager just looked at me and said sorry. Hopefully my old vet out of state still has them all. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My dog Max needed dental work. Dr. Cara did an excellent job. Max has felt so much better since having his procedure.

I’ve been coming to Belleview Veterinary Hospital for nine years. When I actually needed them in an emergency, they turned me and my dog away. I found my 9 YO German Shepard collapsed, lethargic, and unresponsive. I was rushing to our vet and calling to let them know the situation and that we were on our way. They turned us away knowing the condition he was in because they were booked with appointments and to go somewhere else. My dog ultimately ended up dying because we couldn’t get him somewhere in time.

They took really good care of my Shih-tzu puppy Violet! I can tell the staff all cares about my animal as a beloved pet that she is! I had a bad experience at two other veterinarians prior to bringing her here and am very happy with the care I received.
