Absolutely no customer service. Definitely wanna find somewhere else. I’m sure they will give some blanket response here. Believe it if you want but from personal experience I am telling you to go somewhere else.

If intelligence is a part of the hiring process whoever in charge should be fired . Filled medicine there for 12 months. Switched 2 blocks. Same dr . Lady - with zero job skills automatically takes upon herself to not check. Causing me taking care of a person with alzhimer now to go to emergency room . Congratulations who's next 🤔

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. You would think that with a 2.6 current rating as of 5/5/25 with constant terrible reviews about the staff and pharmacist himself being rude that CVS would actually do something but nope. Still the same extremely rude pharmacist. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to just stay away from this place and do not give it anymore business as they do not care about people.

Went in today to get a few things then went to check out and was helped by Perci hopefully I'm spelling it correctly. Perci helped us with certain items that we needed going out of her way to get other items from the back for us and was knowledgeable informing us on items we could get with otc benefits. Perci also gave us info on extra care plus membership we did not know about. From beginning to end she was professional, knowledgeable and all around made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Perci keep up the good work 👏

Pharmacist was rude. Very snippy and was not concerned that I needed a medication that I need to take and wouldn’t let me use a discount card to get it for $10 instead of paying over $700. She pretty much said I was screwedband hung up on me. I’m switching pharmacies.

Helpful overworked staff. I've been to all the major pharmacy's and CVS is still my favorite. They also give painless vaccinations.

JASON in the pharmacy is Unprofessional and uncaring.
Just had surgery this morning and because I was unwilling to wait the hour and 45 minutes for my script to be filled I asked to leave, where he then REFUSED to not only give me my prescription but my drivers license back too because “There’s other customers im assisting”
What a disgusting human being, if that’s even what you want to call him.

Patrick the store manager is a big disappointment .. terrible customer service! Pharmacy is a shame! They never called the doctor to renew asthma medication and Patrick would not help! I will be calling corporate! LEAVE THE BELLVIEW CVS!
