They provided an estimate, and explained the work that was required and the associated cost. And the date to do the work, which i accepted. The work was completed on schedule and at the cost agreed to. The car was washed and looked like new when i picked it up. Highly recommended.

First of all can I just say that the customer service was phenomenal. E was informative from the very first phone call up until the time I picked my vehicle up. If you need your car repaired this would be the place to do so. I dropped my car off and literally the next morning, not even 24hrs later I received a call from Aaron stating that my vehicle was ready. These guys are the real deal. They are precise, informative and most importantly professional. I can’t stress to you how much that means to me because I could have taken my vehicle anywhere but I chose here based off reviews and guess what? The reviews don’t lie. Prayerfully, I won’t have to come back but if I have to, I will most definitely be back to work with them. Thank you Crash Champions.

So far so good, they have been in contact with me throughout this whole horrible ordeal. I was in a car accident so I called the BMW place in Ocala they said they prefer this place for all BMW body shop work. So far, I’m glad I did because they have been so nice and have been communicating with me everytime there is an update on my car. We shall see what happens once they receive the parts and work on my car, but so far they are a 5 out of 5 stars.
Update: I got my car back! They are still 5 out of 5 stars. Excellent work, lifetime warranty and the staff is amazing! Kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. If I ever need any work done I’ll come back to crash champions.

Mitchell Collison Repair is amazing. Customer service was grest. Needed a part on my back window fixed. They ordered my part, got it in a couple days. Called me and said just stop in when convenient. I did, no wait and they had my part changed and finished in what seemed like mins. I will definitely be using Mitchell's again. I would recommend Mitchell's everytime.

This repair shop was wonderful. I stopped in for an estimate and they got to me quickly. They reviewed the estimate and scheduled my appointment. The shop was spotless. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Very nice facility with great employees that know their stuff . They helped me with every step of the process, including getting additional funds from the insurance company to complete the repairs . My work in the car could not have been cleaner had it been new!!!!

Mitchell collision repair has been a pleasant surprise. They repaired my car over a year ago and when I had a minor fender bender I immediately chose them over other repair shops that my insurance company had recommended. My car looks great!
