A 1 star is too good, worst dollar General ever . Store smells bad , summer the store manager is rude. Summer is very unprofessional. The cashier was comfortable being rude bc of the managers attitude. So an item was on sale and I told her it was . She tell me very rudely “ well, if it’s not showing in my system then I am not doing it”. She didn’t bother to check the add nor call to see if they were. So I left out the store called another manager store who I previously bought the same item for that was on sale. She told me to go in and speak to the manager again and let her know anything that had a brown or a gold dot was on sale. So I went back in the store and I asked the cashier Weir was the store manager, Summer? I said it very politely. She answered rudely back somewhere in the back. I don’t know.. When I went to the back, I did see Summer. Summer then stated the items were on sale in a very rude way never apologizing for her mistake very much pride. So once I rung up my items, I then asked for the corporate office Number she gave me a number to some guy who never Even identified himself as a district manager or a manager of any such. I begin to explain my problem and issue because in the store the cashier has started to argue with me and felt comfortable, and Summer did not even recommend her Employee for arguing with a customer she told us both to be quiet as if we were children. I am a customer I said, Summer then tells me it did not matter both of us be quiet. I’m going to be very honest They need to find other professions. It does not even matter where you work a kind word turn away strife I don’t know what’s going on in their life, But I pray and hope that they can turn it around so that joy can come into them. They both seem miserable and they both seem like they’re depressed. May God be with them because the manager Summer looks like a Satanist anyway anyways. Not judging, but if you look at her, You can clearly see a lot Darkness. May God‘s joy and peace find them and whoever is the district manager he needs to stop being friends with his employees. If this was even the district manager, I called or if it was a friend or boyfriend of hers. It explains why they’re comfortable with attitudes because he’s gonna back them up no matter what. The world needs to start putting people that actually have a heart and places as such for others. It’s hard to make money nowadays and to know that we’re spending our money at a Dollar General as this it’s really hard breaking. If you visit this Dollar General, prepare yourself for a fight.

Can't get a hold of anyone on the phone to see if I need to go to another store for what I'm looking for. Always outside and not filling the shelves smoking and always have to wait for someone to help us. Need a dramatic change of leadership. I'm going to the other store on 441 going towards ocala.

So I am a little confused your hours are 8am - 10pm which it now becomes false advertising when I arrive at 9:57pm to purchase milk , orange juice, redbull , body wash and aluminum paper because I didn’t want to drive to Walmart . I pull up to the doors and the gentleman tall Caucasian man salt and pepper hair and a young lady with curly hair saw me and we’re not who to inform me of early closure . The young lady passed the front of the store with a mop and the gentleman kept walking to the register . They closed early and I bet their district manager nor corporate are aware these employees took it upon themselves to close your business early without your approval . So I am making you aware of this nonsense and lack of professionalism . You can see in the photo attached that the picture was taken before store closing . And the automatic doors did not open

Best looking Dollar General I have seen in Florida, full, clean,friendly, the daily recovery is awesome, no u boats on the sales floor the last 3 visits

I went to this store today and it was an absolute mess! Boxes, grocery carts full of merchandise and stocking carts in every isle. They are short handed because 3 of the 4 employees on the front sidewalk smoking. I put everything back and walked out!! The Manager was among the smokers and she should be fired. You don't take smoking breaks 3 people at a time while the store burns down.

I love doller general and they have a dollar isle were you can get cleaning products there is a cleaner call AWESOME it removes grease dirty hand marks ect. For a dollar best cleaner ever

Unbelievable the hot mess in this particular store in Belleview. Holiday season is not the culprit. It is DIRTY, ITEMS OFF THE SHELVES, DISORGANIZED. What's the issue? Next time I will definitely post photos.
