Family Dollar is a store that may be a little old but is totally awesome. The store is neat, clean and always stock, with clean shelves and aisles. Prices are reasonable. The customer service is unbelievable, with staff described as helpful, kind, completely wonderful, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. They handle problems with finesse. However, the staff changes a lot; some have been great while others, like some newer employees, can be rude, not welcoming, and have a bad attitude. Overall, the excellent employees are the heart of the store and make for a great shopping experience.

I always come in this. Lately it has been clean and great. The staff changes a lot I have seen over the past 4 years I’ve been coming here. Some have been great some not so great. Tonight one of the newer girls was not that great. She was rude and not welcoming at all and had bad attitude.
