Worst bank....customer service was not good. Online banking linking with other account is not efficient. Had accoun for 3 to 4 month before deciding to close.

I went there yesterday to help me understand why my account can't link in into another financial institution,the woman said maybe I put the wrong information and I said to her,I don't think so.i am 100% sure I put my information right because I've been doing business with you guys then she said simply said "There is nothing we can do about it"..instead of helping me to resolved my concern..this bank is not what it used to..

I am so thankful we went and saw Brittany at the Credit Union. She helped us refinance our vehicle, open a line of credit, and got a credit card that we needed to cover some unforeseen expenses. The whole process went so smoothly and she was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend letting them help you with your financial needs.

Brittany Alfred is absolutely amazing. She always helps me in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable. I am super happy. I not only use it for banking but I have a few auto loans and other things like that and I am 100% happy with everything about Florida credit union

I've been a customer since 1989. In all this time, I've never had a problem. Very helpful in all banking aspects. I wouldn't use any other bank or credit union. FCU always goes above and beyond. They really care!

In the past 4 years, I've had the pleasure of working with Autumn Griffiths, in order to obtain about 3 personal loans! She's always been professional and courteous in keeping us updated and worry free! She makes the process super easy and her customer service is phenomenal! There isnt one question she cant answer and shes always striving to find the best option and rates. There is no one else I'd turn to for any loan related needs!

When you need the ATH to work the most is when it is working the least.
That's frustrating!
A function that you need, necessary! FCU is ZELLE.
FCU needs to establish a period of time for members whose checking account bounces for one reason or another due to not having enough balance in the account. (other banks and credit unions offer them to their clients) That's customer service!!
Customers make FCU, not FCU the customers. The money belongs to FCU customers, that's why FCU exists.

They are always courteous and professional and I don't have to sit and wait long which is a great thing.
