Vehicle was taken to this business four times for the same problem. I was charged three times, the first charge being refunded. The third time I was charged for a repair that made no sense. The vehicle had to be taken back for the same problem again. This LAST time, I was charged $300 just to deactivate a system, without a refund for the second charge. I asked if they could help with the cost, and was told they didn't charge me fully. Needless to say, I won't be going back again!

Fast and reliable. I dropped my vehicle off for 4 brand new tires that needed to be ordered from the warehouse. My vehicle was serviced and delivered back to me within the time frame promised to me.

We took our car into a dealership with a problem that should’ve been covered under warranty but they said it wouldn’t be. We had Gregg Smith Auto look at it and found that the dealership had lied and given false information to us. We had them do some other repairs for us in the meantime and took it back to have the dealership, and provided us the documentation to make sure they covered the $1000 repair under warranty. I cannot say enough about this company. They have lifelong customers in us now. So grateful to have found an honest and knowledgeable mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I do not recommend this place at all. They said they were a transmission shop what they should’ve called it was Gregg Smith’s automotive and some transmission work shop took my 1998 dodge ram in for a leaky front transmission main seal. they said they cannot repair it. they don’t do that type of work but they’re a transmission ? shop and still charge me $80 for barely looked at it. the shop is a joke false advertisementService: Transmission
