“Going to be a little lengthy story. I responded to one of those new ads that say Floridians can save so much money on their car insurance. Turned out it's just a promotional thing and I probably got 60 responses from different insurance companies. It actually became very annoying. Jeff duvall's company actually sent me a written quote. “Dana and Marguerite were EXTREMELY helpful. I called AAA in CA to tell them that I was moving to FLORIDA. They told me that they changed my address and expect a new Florida AAA card 'shortly.'
Almost a month past and no card. Evidently this process was not processed properly. Marguerite and Dana were patient and empathetic. They wanted to make sure that I had coverage in my new state so they made sure that they got my transfer to Florida completed.
